The Colonists may or may’nt have invaded Australia but the Convicts certainly didn’t, they had no free will in the matter and one can’t invade anywhere when in completely restrictive custody, even if under orders.

In Australian courts of justice, do we see 'sworn' judges always follow
this commonsense >> application of judicial authority, << [in Deuteronomy 25:1] in all of their determinations ?

Despite the allegations that I am the owner of a time machine, I simply do not have access to one to go visit the convicts and colonists and advise them on their invasion of this country. Then you will have the issue of whether the indigenous people really owned the land -- they do now (16% of Australia) -- or whether they belong to the land. I happen to be a product of what happened when colonists came to Australia. So are you, and just about every forum member here. Let us not forget that fact that you are a hypocrite if you live on this land, but claim that it was stolen from someone else.
