I was about half that "guy in the picture" body size. Then I lost weight. You can grow up to two inches taller when you lose 30kg. I lost 40kg in 4 years. I am also able to bulldoze the front door open, using my own ding dong. When I was 40kg overweight/obese, I had to just use my bodyweight.

I don't mind marijuana. But it has been about 18 years since I smoked any type of pot. I recall being hungry earlier than usual. I also had a 6-pack of premixers. So, you can imagine how sick I was that night.
