Drug couriers are aware that they are sending drugs north on those 1000km journeys to various drop off points, where the couriers then divide the suitcases of junk for selling off to various drug dens around town.
Which is more of a reason to legalize weed. I mean who am I to say since we have Trump going to bugger and destroy everything under the guise of democracy but
your government is really behind the times.
I don't get it. Since voting is mandatory in Australia seems to me weed legalization would come naturally. It might even help the behaviors of retards like Blooby.
I will tell you the story of "Lenny the Loon" (Leonard Fraser). Once that serial killer was in prison, he spent much of his time in prison being the worst prisoner there. The only reasons why Lenny was kept alive was because psychologists wanted to study him. And Fraser had a bit of a cult following in the United States that wanted to see him kept alive.
Death threats were made to the prison to keep Fraser alive -- "or else". Allegedly, keeping Fraser alive meant that friends from overseas would send in heroin shipments to be picked up from certain ports (unchallenged by authorities to intercept). Because the heroin was being sent in cheap, the cost of heroin on the streets was relatively cheap. There was a push to take advantage of the United States Marines staying in Rockhampton and surrounding areas to supply drugs to the Americans. Rapes and other antisocial behaviour usually trebled the crime rate in the region whilst the Americans were in town.
Leonard Fraser had been bitten by poisonous snakes, bashed up to a point that he should have been dead or in a coma. That guy was such a psychopath, all he did was bandage his head and sleep it off. He was also unaffected by heroin in such a way that he only used it to get some sleep. Antipsychotic medication was given to him. But, that just helped him fall asleep. He even asked for more each week. Nothing could cure the man.
I was called in to the police station, being that I was a witness to Fraser's movements in the weeks prior to Keyra Steinhardt's death. Given that I was a pizza delivery driver at the time, I was listed as a suspect of having aided and abetted in the murder of Steinhardt. I was quickly eliminated as a suspect when the alibi of being a pizza delivery driver and my honesty in admitting to a police officer of wanting to bash the man to death with a rock was enough to show that I was committed in resolving the lifer's behavioural issues.
Drugs don't work. Medication does not work. Death threats prevent shooting the guy to death. The only option was to see him commit suicide somehow. I was given a read of Leonard Fraser's psychological profile. In it, it was revealed that Fraser was a straight up delusional disciplinarian. He saw a little girl walking home as just another "bad child" running away from her parents. He needed to use corporal punishment to deter her from running through dangerous grasslands. That one punch that Fraser gave Keyra was enough to end her life.
How do you see the end of a misogynistic psychopath? You get him to have a heart attack. There are ways to get serial killers to die from heart attacks.

Perhaps if Etna Creek prison had given Fraser marijuana every day, he would not have hit that nurse one too many times. Maybe he would have died of lung cancer.
Marijuana is already legal in Australia. You just cannot smoke it in public.
