Albo and Penny tell the Middle East what to do
Apr 19th, 2024 at 11:05pm

To stop fighting.

Middle East leaders take zero notice and no idea who Albo is and vaguely think Australia is part of N.z

Albo achieved deflecting from Australian issues that his government has failed to deal .

“Explosions were heard near a major air base and nuclear research site in Iran, prompting the Albanese government to urge both nations to show restraint”

“ smh

Would you have preferred they said something else?

I’d prefer we stay out of it all together rather than pretend we are even vaguely important just to shore up some backbencher’s vote in western Sydney.

Well i for one would prefer we strongly condemn Israel.

Failing that, i think saying Australians would like peace is perfectly reasonable and rather required in the current clime.

Have you considered that's it's difficult to say nothing when everyone is asking for your opinion?

Tony Abbott tried it. Didn't work out so well:

Hamas started it when they broke the ceasefire from previous war.

Hamas Covenant call for destruction of Israel and Genocide of the jews so unlikely to be peace.

Have you read the hamas covenant thread here- https://www.ozpolitic.com/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1696934241

Muslims aren't going to follow leftist lunacy they appreciate you being useful idiots.

Leftists and the Ayatollahs have a lot in common when it comes to criticism of Islam, they don't tolerate it.

I'm sure you would - you're hardly capable of taking the middle road, are you?  And you cannot help but blame the victims.......

You say you want peace but you promote the cause of those who broke the peace.  that's pretty sick.

I, for one, would prefer we strongly condemn Hamas and Iran, the originators of all the attacks to date.

Sydney Uni ought to kick these scum out.... Ho Chi Minns' government should make it a clear case of assault to try to deafen someone with a megaphone....

Isn't it good to see how peaceful the Jews there are by comparison?

Oh the Jews are really pissing Penny off now!

Front page the SMH she's " demanding" they stop fighting!

‘This cannot continue’: Wong demands halt to Rafah offensive"

I mean, don't they know who she is?

How dare they not obey a one term politician ( not looking good for a  second term) from a small isolated country on the other side the world!!!

Israel needs to seriously consider the fall out if they don't immediately meet Wong's demands!

Albo may come on tv and have a cry , just like his hero Bob Hawk once did?

Penny might organised a sit down in her office!

There are very, very serious things Wong and Albo might do if there demands aren't met by Israel!

None of them includes helping our own poor and homeless.

No, they are much more important than dealing with their own failure in their own country.

Better to grab a headline telling other countries what to do, eh?
