Now then - I'm still working on going to Israel - I could show those young troops shot down in that ambush a thing or two about base of fire and support, pepper-potting, recon by fire, and how to advance on a suspected position .... not to mention a mix of more effective weapons and operators ....... say a couple of heavier calibre machine guns and a few thousand rounds, a sniper team or two, and maybe even a couple of 40mm Dusters for instant fire support .... all well out of range of those AKs and powerful effective ... one shot and bring it on....

Not quite accurate - those rounds were 2 pounder - not 20 ... M-60 7.62 with a much longer range than your Palie weapons ... but you get the gist for a Palie position trying to kill troops ...
