Julie Inman Grant is Australia’s eSafety Commissioner. In this role, Julie leads the world’s first government regulatory agency committed to keeping its citizens safer online.

Julie has extensive experience in the non-profit and government sectors and spent two decades working in senior public policy and safety roles in the tech industry at Microsoft,Twitter  and Adobe.

The Commissioner’s career began in Washington DC, working in the US Congress and the non-profit sector before taking on a role at Microsoft. Julie’s experience at Microsoft spanned 17 years, serving as one of the company’s first and longest-standing government relations professionals, ultimately in the role of Global Director for Safety & Privacy Policy and Outreach. At Twitter, she set up and drove the company’s policy, safety & philanthropy programs across Australia, New Zealand & Southeast Asia.

In 2021, Julie oversaw significant increases in the eSafety office’s budget, increased staffing levels and launched the global Safety by Design initiative. As Commissioner, she has led work to stand up novel and world-first regulatory regimes under the new Online Safety Act 2021, with implementation of a sweeping new set of reforms beginning on 23 January 2022.

Commissioner Inman Grant was reappointed for a further 5-year term by the Australian Government in January 2022.

The eSafety Commissioner charged Australian Taxpayers $40,000 to travel to the World Economic Forum planning session in Davos to discuss censoring Australian free speech.

This is an outrage.

The world economic forum was pushing for online censorship.

ALL of the political power structures which are being revealed to us,
over whole world today,
seem to have a basis in 'spin' and deceit, to 'accomplish' their corporate and government plans.

We saw this during the COVID 'period'.

All of the deceivers are destined for hell and destruction.

So many people in this age, believe they are wise, to use lies and deceit.

So many seem to be choosing to embrace [and accept] lies [which they believe will be of service to them].

The laws in the universe do not 'work' upon deceit and lies.

TRUTH, is the basis pf all of the laws, in the universe.

Isaiah 5:20
Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

2 Thessalonians 2:9
Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
10  And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

Deuteronomy 32:4
He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth
and without iniquity, just and right is he.

Can anyone cite what laws Elon Musk broke?

Is challenging the order in court unreasonable to this dictator? Is there anything else this prick thinks can't be challenged in court?

How is this church stabbing video misinformation or disinformation?

I posted the church stabbing videos here there was no blood  the only problem labor would have with it is the offender chanted Allahu Akbar and said he was Lebanese muslim and did this because the Bishop insulted his prophet.

Labor and this esafety nonsense have to go we didn't ask for it. We don't want to pay some foreign blow in $450K a year to tell us what we can see.

I am happy Elon is challenging this lunacy in court

Elon Musk

Our concern is that if ANY country is allowed to censor content for ALL countries,
which is what the Australian “eSafety Commissar” is demanding,
then what is to stop any country from controlling the entire Internet?

We have already censored the content in question for Australia,
pending legal appeal, and it is stored only on servers in the USA.

baron,

The question that you pose is most pertinent to the whole matter, imo.

Where, is the 'misinformation' or 'disinformation' ??!!??

Q's......

1/ How is it 'disinformation' to report on a factual occurrence ?

2/ How is it 'disinformation' to provide >> EVIDENCE << of that factual occurrence ?

3/ Why does the Albanese   >> MINISTRY OF TRUTH <<  want to 'bury' the >> EVIDENCE << of that factual occurrence ?

pertinent = = relevant; appropriate.

x 2

And yes, the attempt BY OUR 'DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED' GOVERNMENT,
to suppress reporting of a factual occurrence, in our community,
remains unexplained and a seemingly nefarious act.

Fancy that !

Our Australian [Albanese] government,   >> CHOOSING <<   to act in a way, which is seemingly nefarious !!

Who could credit it !!

nefarious = = wicked or criminal.

There is a ban on reporting details of child criminals, or of sex offenders or state security breaches. These details are facts and true, but that doesn't make it legal to publish it. Defamation may be true but illegal.
