i.e. 99% of sexual assaults carried out by tradies are male tradies, 1% carried out by female tradies.

buying mostly apartments on the Gold Coast and renting them out
so people could pay them off for him.
He got in, in the 1990s so that's why his apartments are worth zillions today.
So it was selling insurance and investing the profits in property hoarding that worked.
