On a CNN 'on-air' panel "Anderson Cooper 360"....
A 'CCN Senior Legal Analyst' openly posits,
there are VERY serious grounds for dismissing the NYC prosecution against Trump.

[....and yet, my bet is, that the presiding judge in this case, will not even consider a dismissal.]

And remember, all of this 'legal opinion' is being presented, on 'prime time' TV viewing, in the U.S. !!

Donald J Trump has not confessed to any sins, Y. He denies all adultery and all knowledge of any hush money payments, despite his signature on the cheques.

Mike pled guilty and copped a three year jail sentence for those payments. Donald J Trump says that's on Mike. He doesn't ask God for forgiveness.

This was one of the more embarrassing moments of the case when it turned out that this evidence was determined to be untrue.

These items were being sold from a different site and not by the witness.
