Ukrainian media, citing sources in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, report that by the end of November the Armed Forces of Ukraine will present a concept for reforming the Armed Forces of Ukraine, according to which the Ukrainian army will switch to a corps system. "We will switch to a corps-brigade structure," said a source in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stating that such a system will allow for significant savings in human and material resources. At the same time, it is stated that "the transition to a corps-division system will require many times greater human, financial and material resources, which Ukraine cannot afford now."

Results for November 23, 2024:

· In the Kursk region, the Russian Armed Forces liberate the village of Dar'ino. Combat operations in the Sudzha area. Assault units of the Russian Armed Forces advanced to Dar'ino, occupied agricultural buildings in the southern part of the village and captured several Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces' bridgehead in the Kursk region has shrunk by more than 40% from the maximum values of early September 2024.
· The positions of Russian forces in the Toretsk/Dzerzhinsk area have been clarified
· Positional combat operations in the Selidovo area. The Russian Armed Forces expanded their control zone in the northern outskirts of Selidovo and advanced more than 1 km in the direction of Dachenskoye.
· The positions of the parties on the approaches to Pokrovsk/Krasnoarmeysk have also been clarified.
Fighters of the "Center" group raised the flag over Novodmitrovka.
· In the area of Velikaya Novosyolka, the Vostok group of forces continues its offensive. In particular, they entered the village of Razdolnoye.
Active combat operations in the area of Velikaya Novosyolka. Attack of the Russian Armed Forces by an armored column in the direction of Velikaya Novosyolka. Movement of armored vehicles of the Russian Armed Forces on the southern approaches to the village under fire from the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
