Most Ukrainian POWs tend to be executed by the pigs.

'Grave concern' for Australian man reportedly killed by Russian forces

The Australian government is making "urgent enquiries" after reports suggest a man from the city of Melbourne has been killed by Russian forces.

Oscar Jenkins, a 32-year-old teacher, was captured last year while fighting for Ukraine.

A government spokesperson said the reports of his death have not been verified but there are "grave concerns for Mr Jenkins' welfare".

The Russian ambassador to Australia has been summoned to the country's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) to answer questions about Mr Jenkins, a statement said.

"The Russian Federation is obligated to treat all prisoners of war in accordance with international humanitarian law," it added.

Prisoners of War are protected from all acts of violence or intimidation by the Geneva convention.

DFAT said it is providing support to Mr Jenkins' family, who have requested privacy.

Mr Jenkins is one of seven Australians believed to have died fighting in Ukraine since Russia's invasion in 2022.

However, he is the first thought to have been held as a prisoner of war.

A video surfaced in December last year showing Mr Jenkins, with his hands tied, being hit in the face and questioned by Russian forces.

He explains he is a teacher and also a soldier who lives in both Australia and Ukraine.

They ask him if he is being paid to fight in Ukraine.

Top Ukrainian official warns Russia has 'hatred' for foreign fighters like

But Mr Jenkins, a teacher who'd been living in China since 2017, would be the first Australian prisoner of war killed by a foreign power in more that 70 years.
The December video showed Russian forces interrogating and hitting Mr Jenkins, who had his hands bound with duct tape.
DFAT summoned Russia's ambassador to Australia, Aleksey Pavlovsky, on Monday in a bid to get more information.
Opposition foreign affairs spokesperson Simon Birmingham said the diplomat should be expelled if reports of Mr Jenkins' "extrajudicial execution" were confirmed.

You must be prepared to die if you go to war.
It's not a game.

True, Franko.

But prisoners of war cannot harm you and should not be routinely killed.

Trump (the rapist) said - on numerous occasions - that he would end the war within 24 hours of being sworn in as President.

However, he then went on to say - also on numerous occasions - that he would end the war once he won the election.

He promised to end the war as President elect.

So, why hasn't he done it?

Ukraine has pounded ruzzia war industry last night.

Thirteen locations hit. Ukraine has adopted the ruzzian tactic of sending swarms of drones—decoy drones with little or no warhead. These confuse the radar and make the ruzzians use up missiles to attack the decoy drones then the real force, missiles, mostly missiles or missile/drones made in and by Ukraine pound the target: chemical plants, oil refineries, weapon making factories.

Two refineries where the fires from the last raid days ago were finally put out got hit again: that should sap ruzzian morale!

One of the places hit was 1,200Km from the Ukraine/ruzzian border!

He's sorting Gaza first:

On Monday (local time), US President Joe Biden declared “we’re at the brink of a proposal” in a speech defending his foreign policy legacy.

The heightened expectations of an imminent breakthrough come days before the inauguration of Donald Trump and after the US president-elect said there would be “hell to pay” if the hostages were not released before he takes office on January 20.

Mr Trump repeated his threats of “trouble” if a deal was not reached, telling conservative US broadcaster Newsmax TV: “We are very close to getting it done. They have to get it done.

“If they don’t get it done, there’s going to be a lot of trouble out there – a lot of trouble like they have never seen before.”

Well, Joe is sorting Gaza.

And Trump knew about Gaza when he made the promise about Ukraine.

Can't he do two things at once?

He promised to end the war as President-elect, so why hasn't he?
