Isn't that like drawing a distinction between the Germans and the Nazis in WWII? Either way, America was not responsible for feeding them, even if they spent all their money on ammo instead of food. It is not Israel's responsibility to sort out the mess in Gaza. It is the Gazan's responsibility. If Gaza starts yet another war with Israel, then it is a war between Israel and Gaza.
