Anyway - I see no reason for this business of refusing a ride in a cab. It's not like she did anything to warrant it.

On another line, however, I'd like to raise the question of why it is that some find it so hard to simply understand that when a learned intellectual giant such as myself takes every silly supremacist demand and real issue to its logical conclusion and shows, thereby, that these ARE serious issues that cannot be resolved by namby-pambying - this is actually doing the Aboriginal Industry a service....

Why is it that idiots do not see that by condemning the criminals and the abusers, I am defending and standing by those at the very bottom of the tree?

I think we'll just send the habitual criminal elements to a New Devil's Island then - you can stick the Aborassic Park/Abestine/Two States Solution. Let's just cut to the chase and cut out all the undesirables.... ship 'em all Offshore..... save everyone the hassle.... somewhere with a good shark breeding program for a start ..... total ban on fishing and shark finning ... maybe some crocs and alligators... a few good snakes .... what's a little trouble with the local wildlife, eh?

An ex-girlfriend of mine told me of a story about on her way to get into a taxi, after a night at the nightclubs, the taxi driver turned to her and said "Get out, you black bitch". She had never experienced that behaviour from a taxi driver before. I would bet that the taxi driver of that night had just enough of the fare evaders of indigenous ethnicity and was not going to risk another fare evader.

Those taxi drivers were probably from a different country. I hear that Indians don't like indigenous people very much.

Yet as Graps has stated, except when they see some benefit in identifying as Aboriginal.

People of Ceylonese/Sri Lankan descent have been doing it , and successfully I might add in QLD for decades.

There's even a Sudanese thug/criminal who recently has successfully won his court case/appeal against deportation by claiming he identified as Aboriginal.
