Felon Has Interview With His Probation Officers

Failed former President Donald Trump completed his pre-sentencing interview with the New York City Department of Probation on Monday after his hush money trial conviction last month.

“Earlier today, criminal defendant Trump completed a routine interview with [the] New York Probation Office. The interview was uneventful and lasted less than thirty minutes”.

Juanita Holmes, commissioner for the New York City Department of Probation, was present, along with the general counsel for the department and the officer assigned to Trump’s case, the source said. Trump attorney Todd Blanche was also present for the meeting. It is not standard for anyone other than the assigned officer and the defendant to be present at pre-sentencing interviews.

Trump, according to the source, told the officers to be safe at the end of the interview.

The probation department did not rule out the possibility of a follow-up meeting, the source added.

A probation officer interviews the defendant and checks the defendant’s criminal record. The probation officer may talk to the crime victim, the arresting officer, and the defendant’s family and friends. The pre-sentence report includes a statement about what happened, the defendant’s personal history and criminal record and a Victim Impact Statement. The report makes recommendations for sentencing.

The pre-sentence report is a chance for the defendant’s lawyer to say good things about the defendant, like that the defendant has a steady job and takes care of an ailing family member. The pre-sentence interview is a chance for the defendant to try to make a good impression and explain why he or she deserves a lighter punishment. The pre-sentence report is also a chance for a crime victim to explain how he or she has suffered and what he or she has lost.
This may include a witch-hunt, loss of 2020 election to a fake, boxes of private secrets and a lost insurrection. Good things are $7billion and paying Stormy well.

Yes, I see an innocent man slandered because he is a danger to the corrupt political system we suffer under. He was never charged with any crime until he decided to run for the Office of President while biden has a long history of illegally selling political favors to enrich himself and his family.
