Russia has control over Ukraine's wheat production and export.

Ukraine has nothing left to create GDP and employment.

Russia controls the seaports which will impede imports and exports.

The USA and the EU will have to keep sending money to Ukraine and hope that the corrupt Ukrainians don't steal all of it.
