The threat is a fact.

NATO is a military organization. If NATO installed missiles next to my house and pointed at my house I would feel threatened.

We've all get ICBM missiles pointed at as.

It's criminal but there's nothing we can do to stop it.

The Russians are doing something about it.

The dirty Russians have ICBMs pointed at all our cities.

We'd all be toast if they pressed the button.
We have no missile defence - nothing.
