if we are to look at religious symbolism i would suggest this

the univers is communicating to trump

you are destined to continue but also , why the ear?

my feeling is trump is being told he needs to LISTEN

the guy is a bull in a china shop and he needs to think about listening more and talking less.

as a believer in the "law of use" , if you dont use a gift it will be taken from you.

source energy is saying to trump

you talk too much

you have 2 ears and 1 mouth

now you only have 1 ear

start listening bucko and shut your mouth for a while

if trump can humbly say he feels very blessed and he intends to forgive all those who hate him

if he can make it about the guy who got his head shot off and donate to that guys go fund me

if he can talk a little less and be a bit more reflective

he could win the biggest landslide in us history

the universe has given him a message , directly into his ear. a powerful energy , a penetrating energy

he just needs to course correct a little bit (as did the shooter)
