Leon Panetta , former head of the CIA, says Trump is dangerous, because he talks to Putin, Xi and Kim.

I say Panetta is equally dangerous for insisting Ukraine defeat Russia with NATO's assistance.

Trump is confident in the Pentagon's abiities vis a vis any other nation; so he is not so susceptible to the paranoid "China threat" theory, or statements that "Russia is the US's worst enemy" - mainstream views of people like Panetta (and Biden).

I'm indifferent - might even look forward to a Trump victory, because the mainstream Left forgot the working man ages ago.

"The international system is coming apart" ( another thread), and Trump might sweep it aside completely, not before time.

(I'm prepared to ignore Trump's bs about "evil communists, socialists, immigrants and left-wingers who are destroying our country" ....until I'm not prepared to ignore it...)
