CFMEU and ALP corruption
Jul 16th, 2024 at 3:48pm

I couldn't find a thread on this topic (searched CFMEU as well, nothing), so hopefully this isn't a duplicate.

The Australian Labor Party both at a state (especially Victoria) and federal level are up to their eyeballs in CFMEU corruption and criminal conduct.

The fact the first act of the Albanese government was to abolish the Australian Building and Construction Commission is evidence of this.

Funny how Albo was so worried about the Voice, but ignored the voices of black enterprises employing indigenous people in the construction industry.

Less virtue signalling and more action is needed. The first action would be for both Jacinta Allan and Anthony Albanese hand back their commissions to the Victorian Governor and Governor General.

Warning on CFMEU intimidation sent to Allan, Albanese in 2022

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan were separately sent detailed evidence in 2022 that CFMEU officials were threatening extreme violence and unlawfully black-banning non-union-preferred firms from state and federally funded projects.

A letter from the directors of an Indigenous labour-hire firm, which was emailed to Allan in April 2022 when she was Victorian deputy premier, details serious threats of extreme violence, intimidation and unlawful union black bans on the federal and state-funded Monash Freeway upgrade project run by major contractor CPB.

Government documents reveal that Allan, who was Victoria’s infrastructure minister at the time, took a year to respond and, even then, insisted industrial relations were a federal issue and suggested a call to state bureaucrats if there were any other concerns. After waiting six months for a reply, the company in frustration also sent the letter to the prime minister, Anthony Albanese, in October 2022.

All propaganda.  Any 'motor cycle' guys who work and are members are tradies..... if they are indeed 'members of outlaw motor cycle gangs' where are the court proceedings ongoing that would affect their eligibility for work... where is the proof of any 'standover' and 'threats' apart from the traditional management whinging about having to pay full and proper rates and give proper conditions .... where does any internal dispute that MAY have seen Sefka put a bin with nasty words on it outside another Union bloke's house affect anyone but the Union?

"Call Mr Stan Dover.... of the Union!"

"Now... Mr Dover.... how did you go about influencing your opponent for a position with the Union?"

"I used some harsh language.. not really harsh - more like called him a dog."

"YOU WHAT?  You called a fellow Unionist a dog?"

"Yes... that's what they are saying in the media... well actually it wasn't me... that was some other bloke who probably overheard me say the opponent in question was a dog..... the footage is not me... I can show you why that is."

This management war and government war on the common workers and citizens gets worse by the moment.... soon there will be only one party in the Reich.... and all socialist and remotely communist unionists will be removed and their Unions absorbed into a single Union Of Powerless Workers.

When they came for the Unionists.... I said nothing.....

If the union got disbanded after getting caught having lunch with bikies, why don't they disband the liberal party after getting caught lunching with the Mafia?

Why has every state Labor branch in Australia now banned CFMEU money, but the Labor branch in Queensland hasn't?

Is it an example of the ALP just putting on a fake show, until they need the dirty money during an election campaign, like Queensland?

Likely.... it's all front, anyway..... not a word of truth in any of it ... so it is only right to suspect a hidden agenda in play.

See my last post - about the potential for a government seeking to remove opposition and establishing itself as the only power in the land.... then join the fools and laugh and call me crazy... crazy like the fox ...

Exactly.  That 60 Minutes expose of the corruption in the CFMEU was horrifying but not unexpected.  No wonder building costs have escalated due to criminal infiltration of the union with the resultant thuggery and extortion of construction firms and especially on government projects.

The construction part of the union must be deregistered and a Royal Commission commenced into the allegations.  And Labor must stop accepting political donations from these thugs.

Albo has shown such gutless leadership in this.

He needs to step up and derigerster the CFMEU.

He won't because his scared of them.

His also advised the media cycle will now spin towards the Olympics and he won't have to worry about being exposed as weak as water leader  as attention switching to what ever is trending.

Not another royal commission into the CFMEU..... another witch hunt.... hundreds of millions at today's rates to catch one guy in a minor issue.... FFS ....

First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.

Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

    —Martin Niemöller

Two out of three - but the list has grown longer over the years.....  SS-DD.  It's funny how some can see clearly the parallels with history in the demolition of certain rights and power groups..... they came for the Jews already over Gaza and Hamas brutality .... now they are coming for the unionists ..... and none of you speak out, since you are closet (Neo-Nazi) socialists..... and like The Good German ... you don't even know it.... just doing right by promoting some and bringing down others........  but that's not discrimination ... just the duty of every good Nazi .... even one who is not a member of the party but is a fellow traveler/running dog.

Bit deep for you?  Wait until you stand back and see the grave you are digging for our country, our democracy, our culture, and our people who just want a quiet life.... and ultimately for yourself....

He who sets out to correct alleged historical wrongs must first dig a billion graves ... Grappler Tzu ................... you are all mad.... so mad you don't even begin to know it.
