What Trump "gets"
Jul 21st, 2024 at 1:17pm

when the very successful steve jobs was asked what he thought about his competitor microsoft
he replied

"i dont think about them, i dont talk about them, our shareholders want to see us focus on our own strategies"

a good lesson for the left

trump said as much today

in a speech , he said something like
'is joe still running, i'm not sure, i havent been paying attention, i'm sure they'll come up with someone if he doesnt "
he said it like he didnt have a care in the world

trump understands that if he was to 'react" to biden, he is handing over his power to biden.
hence he never does

in any human interaction, when you are in a 'reactive " state, you are giving away your power,

Joe saying trump has the morals of an ally cat in the debate, is actually handing trump power.

the left just dont understand social dynamics

a leftie candidate needs to ignore trump and stop reacting to him

its understandable that dumb chodes like pecca and fisk and smith are in a reactive state
but its inexcusable that the heads of the democratic party are in a reactive state

it makes them so low status and it makes thm look like little bitches to a dominant trump
it weakens them

until they come out with a candidate who can just say "donald who?" and then get on with being a star, they are sunk

if you want to look up the core themes of the left you could start with

limiting beliefs
self sabotage
success barriers

this is business training level 1.0

it reflects the fact that they would all be hopeless at business and certainly hopeless as leaders

4. The parties were held at a New York City residence that was being used by Defendant Jeffrey
Epstein. Each of the parties had other minor females and a number of guests of Mr. Epstein, including
Defendant Donald Trump at four of the parties I attended. I understood that both Mr. Trump and Mr.
Epstein knew that I was 13 years old.

5. Defendant Trump had sexual contact with me at four different parties in the summer of 1994.
On the fourth and final sexual encounter with Defendant Trump, Defendant Trump tied me to a bed, exposed himself to me, and then proceeded to forcibly rape me. During the course of this savage sexual
attack, I loudly pleaded with Defendant Trump to stop but he did not. Defendant Trump responded to
my pleas by violently striking me in the face with his open hand and screaming that he would do
whatever he wanted.

Several media had an item about the Republican shooting of a speaker. 327 people are shot in the United States daily. Of those, on average, 117 will die. Biden was just mentioning that man whose ear got hit. It was a public event so that's why, nothing else.

Indeed.

Dismissing the dishonourable Left/Biden/progs is the only valid response to them.  Reacting to them on their own terms is accepting their premises. Accepting their premises is handing them power, initiative, validation.

Sir Eoin o Fada knows this strategy too well.
(sorry, that bloke with the firearms and rights to shoot, whatisname).
Anyway, he says 'ignore' to rational arguments. Ignore them  they go away. It always works.

Those who knew Jobs said he was hyper-fixated on what Microsoft was planning.

Trump is obsessively hyper-fixated on any competitor / challenger / critic real or imagined.

He once sued Bill Maher who, in a comedy bit, questioned whether Trump, due to his orange hair, was the son of an orang-u-tan.

Trump took a swipe at Biden in his RNC speech claiming he was worse than the worst 10 presidents in history combined.

From a golf cart, he called Biden a f~ckin' loser.

Any 'restraint' Trump may be displaying is probably from threats by Republican seniors to break his jaw if he interrupts the Democrats continuing the mistake of tearing themselves apart over Biden's mental state.

How would Trump deal with the current wokers strike at Disney, who want better pay so they can deal with the cost of living crises.

Your business leaders are economic illiterates (like you).

At least Trumpy is aware there's something wrong with the free trade doctrine of mainstream economists who are fretting about the possibility of a global trade war under Trump.

But unfortunately Trump is ruled by self-interest (whether 'America First',  or himself).

I think Barron Trump convinced his father he was OK... He'd just learned in Biology class that human-ape mating could not result in offspring.

sure, but when he speaks he is the star of his own movie.

he can descend into chode behaviour to "meet the people where they are at" because most people are chodes.

but the underlying vibe  is

"i'm awesome and i dont give a f**K"

self amused, expansive energy, unstifled, light, in abundance

sure but he hid it well

he would never have come out and commented on gates or windows

he just produced his stuff and marketed it well .

interesting that he made the ipad and the imac appear in apple stores with often just one on display.

much like expensive hand bags

making them look scarce

framing them as worthy of occuppying a lot of real estate

contrast that with the jb hi fi approach of cheapening stock by having clutter on display

At the RNC -  Trump stood before that crowd for 90 minutes -
telling us all about a golden future.
It's almost like he's a prophet.
How many people could do that?

Orangutans share 97% of their genome with us. Across about 0.8% of our genome, humans are also more closely related to orangutans than to chimpanzees (Hobolth et al. 2011, Locke et al. 2011).  The Dutch ruling family name, the House of Orange, derived from its partial origins in the Principality of Orange in French Burgundy.  Hybrid threats are often associated with introduced species. For example, North American mallards hybridize with New Zealand grey ducks.

At a campaign rally, Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden told the crowd that if he is elected President, "we're going to cure cancer."

There are reasons, I'd bet, why you're not... You're a grown man with a life.

If you were otherwise stuck in Trump's 15-year-old-groundhog-day existence, you might be like him... tweeting like a budgie.

Well said.

I still can't understand why grown men & women are on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.

They may be chronologically grown men & women; psychologically they're stuck in their mid-teens.

Dear Aqua,
why would they want to kill a genius - why?

https://www.bitchute.com/video/3QXuh2t5tKsv

as good as daniels donuts

Yes - excellent:

Why would a nice guy like you wanna kill a genius?...
Do you know that the man really likes you? He likes you. He really likes you.
But he's got something in mind for you.
Aren't you curious about that?...
There's something happening out here, man....
I know something that you don't know.
That's right, Jack. The man is clear in his mind, but his soul is mad.
Oh, yeah. He's dying, I think. He hates all of this.
He hates it, but the man's, uh. He reads poetry outloud, all right?...
He likes you 'cause you're still alive.
He's got plans for you. No, no, I'm not gonna help you.
You're gonna help him, man...
I mean, what are they gonna say, man, when he's gone, huh?
'Cause he dies when it dies, man. When it dies, he dies.
What are they gonna say about him?

What are they gonna say?
He was a kind man? He was a wise man? He had plans? He had wisdom?
Bulls--t, man! Am I gonna be the one that's gonna set them straight?
Look at me. Wrong! - you.

Hmm, I don't know.

Jonah has attended three schools over the past 18 months. He was expelled from the two previous schools he attended for setting fire to a student's locker and defacing the Principal's car by spray-painting a penis on it. He was also expelled in year 8 for threatening violence and other inappropriate behavior towards his English teacher.

Jonah has serious academic struggles. He attends a remedial reading course at "Gumnut Cottage" with teacher Jan Palmer, the only teacher he apparently likes.

Jonah "lives for breakdancing" and wants to do it professionally when he gets older. Jonah claims he is one of the best breakdancers in the school, while his friend Leon Pulami claims Jonah is the best breaker in the suburb. Despite their claims, the breakdancing ability of Jonah and his friends appears to be at a beginner level.

Sounds awfully familiar, if we replace "breakdancing" with "negotiating" or "running a business".

trump said as much today

in a speech , he said something like
'is joe still running, i'm not sure, i havent been paying attention, i'm sure they'll come up with someone if he doesnt "
he said it like he didnt have a care in the world

trump understands that if he was to 'react" to biden, he is handing over his power to biden.
hence he never does

in any human interaction, when you are in a 'reactive " state, you are giving away your power,

I know, right? He said that for the first five minutes, then spent the next hour riffing on butthurt victim WITCH HUNT, SO UNFAIR !!!

At least the "noble Ron" got to have a word at the same conference. He's your man, no?

What did he have to say, dear? Anything about the big fella? How about Sleepy Joe?

Except it ain't true.

Trump is obsessively hyper-fixated on any competitor / challenger / critic real or imagined.

He once sued Bill Maher who, in a comedy bit, questioned whether Trump, due to his orange hair, was the son of an orang-u-tan.

sure but he hid it well

i believe trump has narcissistic behavioural disorder  and is psychopathic.
he likes to be cruel to people.

i see the same tendencies in you fisk and certainly in gweggy

i see them in most of the journos of the leftie mainstream media

i certainly see them in the mobs (mainly lefties ) who try to cancel some uni professor or JK rowling for expressing her opinion

i definitely saw them in kevin rudd

i also saw them in dan andrews and the qld premier during lockdowns when people were unable to attend the funeral of a parent or the birth of a child

cruel narcissistic pychopathic.

the funny thing is i dont see them in Joe rogan or Tony abbott or John Anderson or Jordan Peterson or Ben Shapiro or most of those on the right.

i believe there is such a thing as a noble conservative...ron de santis is one. pete dutton is another . tony abnott another , john howard another

perhaps on the left despite his faults, bernie sanders is a noble socialist.  maybe even gough

what is facinating about trump is

1  his energy
2  his total refusal to ever back down
3  his ability to just not give a smack about what he says.

a true psychopath usually is very cunning
trumpy is not really cunning

what you see is what you get

its probably why people like him
because that is at least authentic

people like newsum and hilary and pelosi   share all his bad features but put on the fake veil of being nice people

no one buys it

there is this sort of yuk factor about them

What Trump gets is his hyper-obsession with the image of the tough guy in the contextual mindset of a male teenager.

That mindset has driven him to slavishly pursue bromances with the likes of Putin, Kim Jong Un and Viktor Orban of Hungary.- although less so with Xi Jinping.

It's not hard to see narcissistic features in all public figures - some degree of it is almost certainly a sine qua non to survive the glare and heat of public exposure.

It's also true that narcissism itself is a feature of the charisma effect - we've all had enjoyable ego- and ID-driven dreams of dominance, superiority, triumph and possession of magical powers that propel us to god-heights and destroy perceived enemies.

We've all also felt deep resentment of the narcissist and their sense of entitlement, incapacity for empathy and emotional regulation.

In short, we have an instinctive love-hate relationship with narcissists.

It's instinctively hard to surrender status - even harder when you've spent a lifetime acquiring it - it's why retirement can be so tough on so many.

Trump's refusal to accept his 2020 loss is textbook narcissistic denial in its most pathetic expression. His narcissistic rage compelled him to incite a riot to reverse what his disorder could not allow - loss of (self-entitled) status.

Near-death experiences have profound libidinal effects.

For the narcissist with their incapacity for emotional regulation, those effects drive them to ridiculous extremes of invincibility ideation.

Trump claims: "I took a bullet for democracy".

He is confused: what actually happened is he took a bullet owing to democratic dysfunction

Sorry to rock your blind "freedom values" boat, but it's the truth.

https://www.rawstory.com/chaos-trump-should-have-taken-bullet/?utm_source=msn

Chaos at Trump event as crowd member yells that ex-president 'should have taken a bullet'

.......

Turns out there's major dissension in the Libertarian camp.

Ah - the "soaring vision" (Meister) of "all men are created equal".....

its not neccessary to surrender status
you need to transcend status

i dont know much about the shooter but i would guess this

the guy want getting much pussy
the guy wasnt getting much cash

the first thing we need to be comfortable with is that a young guy should get pussy and cash
trump is certainly comfortable with that .

but once you get those things and realise you are still the same schmuck, what next?

here you have to make the decision

do i want comfort or do i want growth?
do i want safety or do i want challenge ?

trump has had a lot of challenge and a lot of opportunity for growth

if he is still  drawing his self esteem off cash and pussy, then he has not grown

if he is drawing his self esteem off being one of those rare individuals who can connect to flow, let the energy flow through him (get into a flow state)   (please read talibs book)
if he has become anti-fragile ( another book by talib which discusses the fact of "whatver does not kill us , makes us stronger")
if trump is living in that paradigm, then he has transcended his narcissism

i dont think he is there yet but he is at least in a position to get there

if you want an example of someone who did transcend the status game, maybe queen elizabeth is a good example,

if you want an example of someone who did transcend the status game, maybe queen elizabeth is a good example,

Status-seeking is ubiquitous and almost impossible to transcend except by those who are exceptionally selfless.

Elizabeth II did not transcend the status game... A better example would be Bhutan's Jigme Singye Wangchuck who surrendered absolutist monarchical power, insisted the Bhutanese accept democracy - despite their reluctance - and abdicated.

Cheesy Cheesy  Where do you get off, talking so much bollocks at every opportunity???  He retired and passed the crown to his son.

In December 2005, King Jigme Singye Wangchuck announced his intention to abdicate in his son's favour in 2008, and that he would begin handing over responsibility to him immediately.[14] On 9 December 2006, the former king issued a Royal Edict announcing his abdication, and transferred the throne to Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck,[15] who was officially crowned on 6 November 2008

i believe trump has narcissistic behavioural disorder  and is psychopathic.
he likes to be cruel to people.

i see the same tendencies in you fisk and certainly in gweggy

i see them in most of the journos of the leftie mainstream media

i certainly see them in the mobs (mainly lefties ) who try to cancel some uni professor or JK rowling for expressing her opinion

i definitely saw them in kevin rudd

i also saw them in dan andrews and the qld premier during lockdowns when people were unable to attend the funeral of a parent or the birth of a child

cruel narcissistic pychopathic.

the funny thing is i dont see them in Joe rogan or Tony abbott or John Anderson or Jordan Peterson or Ben Shapiro or most of those on the right.

i believe there is such a thing as a noble conservative...ron de santis is one. pete dutton is another . tony abnott another , john howard another

perhaps on the left despite his faults, bernie sanders is a noble socialist.  maybe even gough

what is facinating about trump is

1  his energy
2  his total refusal to ever back down
3  his ability to just not give a smack about what he says.

a true psychopath usually is very cunning
trumpy is not really cunning

what you see is what you get

its probably why people like him
because that is at least authentic

people like newsum and hilary and pelosi   share all his bad features but put on the fake veil of being nice people

no one buys it

there is this sort of yuk factor about them

Joe hanging onto the nomination with a death grip, Jill Biden shrieking, you did good Joe you answ all the questions. Kamala who must know she's less qualified for president than just about any American.....all that makes Trumps narcissism look insignificant.

What about his raping?

What about his 34 criminal convictions?

What about the fact that he stole millions of dollars from kids' cancer charities?

Insignificant?

With extreme humility, Donald 'the genius' President 45 accepted defeat of his bandits on Jan 6. 'Such is life' quipped he under the hangman's noose. His crown passed to old Joe the Mumble and waving his petty fists, DJT went on the final campaign of his reign, fighting to the deaf ear.

i would call that choosing comfort over challenge

like it or not, trump could have done what 99 % of business people in florida do

retire, pleasure yourself, get comfortable, get some chicks on sugardaddy .com

he didnt have to risk jail time and being shot in the head

whatever you think of the guy, he didnt do that.

the other thing is that if you do things for "external validation", you lose energy the more you "put in"
talking "tires you out"

if you are connected to source, then talking and interacting "energises you"
so trump may be connecting to an energy bigger then himself

a complex guy

i still think harris can beat him , because, most voters are stuck in the "realm of the hungry ghosts" and they dont vibe with trumps "awesome narrative and make america great vibe".

she will have to really understand social dynamics and meet the people where they are at.

a task beyond hilary and certainly beyond Joe

she is young
she could pull it off

And most voters don't vibe with the fact that Trump is a rapist and convicted criminal who stole money from kids' cancer charities and also tried to overturn the results of a free and fair election.

So yeah, Kamala is in with a chance.

Narcissists of Trump's degree can't just retire, they have an absolute need for narcissistic supply.

And, given - like teenagers - they're convinced they're invincible, risk calculation is not done, so no caution where and when it's warranted.

And it's not external validation they crave, they already presume they're entitled to that, what they crave as an absolute minimum is total control over others and the destruction of anyone who stands in their way.

But, as we'd all intuit, or fear, there's a part of us that admires the narcissist - at the 3:00 AM of our souls, after one of those ID dreams.

It's a love-hate, but...

The more we know a narcissist or the more we're dependent on them, inevitably, the more we hate them - even if we're narcissists ourselves.

again, that depends on your perspective

some doctors cant retire and they tell themselves that their patients need them
some doctors cant retire and they tell themselves the story above but really, they need their patients to give the doctor his sense of worth

Nonsense. Your stupid bile, like gweggy turd's, karnal's etc, is stupid, Pavlovian wank, designed to soothe your furious, out of control hatred.

You clowns will always, invariable go over the top: self-belief becomes narcissism, conviction is made into sociopathy, the disinfectant quality of light becomes bleach, a possible bookkeeping misdemeanor a federal electoral felony, an uncorroborated line in a memoir about 30 years ago is made into a rape (but only in a civil, not a criminal court because it is unprovable), Hunters laptop is Russia disinformation,   etc, etc.
You jump at every opportunity to distort and exaggerate so as to put things in the worst possible light because like a dog in response to a bell, you just can't help yourselves when you hear 'Trump'.
You are ridiculous, not least because you imagine yourselves insightful when everyone else can see you are merely deranged with manic, uncontrollable hatred.

Typing with one hand again there, Agatha...

Nonsense. Your stupid bile, like gweggy turd's, karnal's etc, is stupid, Pavlovian wank.

Projecting Agatha again there...

I've read some of your one-handed posts, the other up your skirt, when you're fawning over certain psoters... (who do you imagine they are?); and others when Agatha's right out of the attic.

You 'retired' early because...?

In Trump's case, as with all narcissists, Machiavelianism defines their relationship to others.

thats a bit harsh

most people who are secular are looking at every interaction in terms of "whats in it for me"

there is the odd person who truly is passionate about serving

but trump is no more or less selfish then your average joe lunchbox who lives totally in the world of me.me.me .

you put them in trumps position and they would be extracting every dollar they could, they would have chicks lined up  down the corridoor.

they kid themselves (the peccas and fisks) that they are morally superior .

highly doubtful

they might be but its unlikely

thats why most people are broke and tired.

they have no concept of "giving before you recieve" or
"their cup runneth over"

they live in total scarcity

Very gweggy turdy of you.

Aqua has no hate, he knows how corrosive it is. Nor have I, for the same reason.  But you maniacs have nothing BUT hate and you want to pass it off as insight.

If I said to aqua that I disagree with his diagnosis of narcissism and psychopathy, we could discuss it without ANY sexual innuendo or obcessive compulsive references like your stock in trade method of putting your hatred on display. Neither of us would feel 'invalidated' by the other's different take. We could disagree and not be enemies.

To you Pavlovian dogs, Trump hatred is a Cardinal Virtue and any deviation from that is subject to instant sexual innuendo, grimacing, hyperbolic psycho-babble and hinty-hinty head tilting.

Laughable.

not a problem

an infant is a small psychopath and a narrcisist.

because modern society keeps people in a state of perpetual infancy, most people remain psychopathic and narcissitic.

some will be challenged and have to rethink that paradigm
(but not most as most people seek only comfort and safety and wish to conserve energy)

the way most people are forced to rethink that paradigm is that they achieve success in the areas of cash, pussy and status and still feel hollow.

they are then forced to either transcend the paradigm  or live in it in misery or jump off a bridge

because most people cannot get pussy, cash or status , they live blissfully unaware of their own psychosis and narcissism

i saw this at the footy just yesterday

fat sloppy people yelling at elite athletes

it is EXACTLY the same mindset as fat sloppy people yelling at trump or biden or albo or dutton.

they get a little hit of dopamine when their primitive brain gets to feel superior to "other"
they are addicted on it
its heroin to them
its what energises them

it is laughable that a fat pog at the gabba is more skillful then lochie neale
in the same way it is laughable that an internet troll has more skill then trump (or biden for that matter).

but your average derper , who cant even get laid or start a business   thinks its OK to feel exactly that (more skilled)

its why i am confident that the vast majority of people are far more narcissistic and pyschopathic then trump (or biden)

you can call them on it (jesus might have said "get the log out of your own eye") but they will never see it

its why i think the best thing to do is to study success (trump biden albo, tom brady , tiger woods, dave beckam )

but also study failure (go for a walk around your local mall and look at the dead eyes, the glazed over look of the masses).

and whatever they are doing, dont do that  Embarrassed Embarrassed

Aquascoot has become an expert and a professional student of failure.

Aquascooot claims that he travels around watching people enjoy themselves and he then labels them as failures without knowledge of their social, economic, or professional status.

Aquascoot is Ozpolitic's foremost student of failure. It is the only thing that Aquascoot has succeeded at, studying failure.

Now now, Greggery, the Superior Man bounces out of bed with a plan. Picture him as an Israeli tank commander in the Six Day War. Head outside the turret, his gaze fixed, full steam ahead. His pathway steady, his target squared, unwavering in his resolve - or not.

If any meddlesome leftard gets in the way, he needs to check which way the wind's blowing.

not a problem

an infant is a small psychopath and a narrcisist.

because modern society keeps people in a state of perpetual infancy, most people remain psychopathic and narcissitic.

some will be challenged and have to rethink that paradigm

Fat, sloppy people, is it?

One could be wrong, dear, but I'd hazzard a guess the derpers you saw at the footy were yelling for their respective teams to win, not lose.

Also, most people visit their local malls for inspiration. They're looking for a fabulous sweater to go with their new shoes, or a lovely scented candle to place in the hallway, just so.

People who spend their lives isolated, travelling in limousines and private jets, don't get this. They want more and more. They pick targets, make enemies and want vengeance. Their dead eyes go dull with futility and powerlessness. It gets so that even their hot babe trophy wives won't even kiss them in public anymore.

Imagine what they tell them in private.

if you were to look at the theory of mind of a very young child/infant.
then we can say they live in the world of "me,me,me"

an infant doesnt think "mum is really tired, so i wont wake her though i am hungry"
the infant doesnt think  "its going to hurt grandmas feeling if i cry when they hand me to her, so i will smile"

its just pure selfishness and trying to extract value.

but at least we can say the eyes of the infant are wide open and taking in the world.
the infant is "open" to new experiences

now what should happen is that people , as they mature, become atuned to the very real pleasure in giving, the truth that it is better to give then to recieve, the truth that contribution is meaningful, that you walk the path for the joy of walking the path.

some people can achieve that

but most people , because they are never modelled that and are instead modelled behaviours based on big marketers and big authority get 2 messages

1  your life improves the more you take
2  you should be safe and stay within the overton window

marketers want you in narcisist mode because you are easy to sell to
governments want you dependant on them because you are easier to control

hence the eyes glaze over and are either dull (numbing the pain with drugs alcohol and fast food)  or like shark eyes (just looking for the next thing to take)

this is getting worse

because most of the population have no mental model for contribution as a joy in itself , volunteer organisations are collapsing

government helps collapse them by taking over responsibilities which a decent citizenry would take on

aged care
disability care
emergency services (SES and rural fire fighting)
child care
fidning people a job
finding people a house

the population think "why would i do that, why would i help the old disabled homeless or jobless  unless i get paid"

relationships and the dating market have become similarly about the world of "me,me,me"

online dating is purely transactional
there is no higher purpose then to extract as much value whilst offering as little as possible

peoples relationship with government is similarly "me,me,me'

when i pointed out that during the global finaincial crisis , korean women donated their jewelry to be melted down to keep hynundai afloat, the entire leftie community thought that was a story about insane people

the vast majority of people will live their lives as infants and never understand " personal responsibility " meister

surely you concur

i put a few posts up about the ideas of steven covey or any other self help teacher and they go insane .

they see personal responsibility as a swear word. they see growth as a threat, they see every challenge as a problem someone must fix (just like an infant)

they see humanity as a baby who is perfectly entitled to suck on the government tittie for life and dont you dare tell them otherwise  Cry Cry Cry

In 1834, the first working vapor-compression refrigeration, using the same technology seen in air conditioners, system was built. The rural fire volunteers at Donaldtown NY worked 20 hour shifts using Korean jewelery as capital. In one year they produced 69,800 frigs which they packed onto old age mules and donated to women slaving over hot stoves.  The tradition continues at General Motors which makes cars for free. Holden also gave away cars until the air conditioning failed its work ethic.

No child has any theory of mind until they are at the age of about 2.

That is, they are driven by instinct alone and cannot distinguish between self and other.

They cannot make narcissistic or machiavellian plans nor can psychopathology be detected by their actions.

They also cannot act morally or immorally as they have no concept of either.

That's certainly the fundamental message of all established religions and most modern ones.

It's not the ethos that (NPD) narcissists and psychopaths generally could or would subscribe to.

this is where your thinking is very wrong

you think everything is a win/lose

that there is a fixed ammount of resources and that the rich need to give some of that fixed ammount to the poor and thats a win for the poor.

a winner and a loser
the competitive frame

you need to study business (and social interactions and learn about the collaborative frame)
constructing the win win
the basis of all wealth creation.

and NO ONE is forcing poverty onto low wage earners, as you rightly point out in a world of PLENTY.

they live in a scarcity mindset and that will always result in poverty
thats their set point

people who complain they dont have enough cash spend a lot of time complaining they dont have enough cash

they could have spent that time reading books by daniel kahneman, dan kennedy, malcom gladwell.

they could even go back and read napoleon hill
edward de bono
seth godin

have YOU read any of these?

its just easier to complain isnt it.

mummy daddy
i dont have any cash
when i was a child mummy and daddy gave me cash
especially if i nagged them
are you my mummy albo
can i suck on your boobies and get some milk
i;m tired
its too hard
i think if i complain albo might give me some breast milk
if i go online and complain really loudly someone might give me a dollar
and i can gaurd it like the gollam guards the precious .

you could read those books
you could stop being a punk ass bitch
you live in a world of plenty
of total abundance

this is where your thinking is very wrong
you think everything is a win/lose

Wrong of course: unlike you, I think 'win-win' is the desirable (and achievable) outcome of a well-functioning  economic system.

Quote:
that there is a fixed ammount of resources and that the rich need to give some of that fixed ammount to the poor and thats a win for the poor.

Wrong again - because you are steeped in the 'scarcity' doctrine of neoclassical dogma ie "unlimited wants in the face of limited resources".

Whereas a well-functioning economic system knows there is no scarcity of essentials, hence no need for the poor to live in poverty (the poor don't aspire to - don't need - gold-plated  bathroom taps).

Quote:
a winner and a loser
the competitive frame

Competition is fine, while recognizing  "from each according to his ability".  No need for ANYONE to live in poverty, in a world of plenty.

Quote:
you need to study business (and social interactions and learn about the collaborative frame)
constructing the win win, the basis of all wealth creation.

Government also needs to be involved in wealth creation** alongside the private sector,  because the private sector is based on self-interest, meaning the most succesful will be able to claim an outsized share of the nation's resources for themselves, forcing the less competitive into poverty which results from 'government austerity' - a trick of private money-lenders.

** by muscling in on the money-creation function which is currently reserved for private money-lenders.

Quote:
and NO ONE is forcing poverty onto low wage earners, as you rightly point out in a world of PLENTY.

The world's central bankers are forcing poverty and unemployment onto low-wage earners via interest rate rises to control inflation - a dysfunctional system.

Quote:
they live in a scarcity mindset and that will always result in poverty, thats their set point

Like I said - with mainstream economists urging interest rates to stay higher for longer - guess who that hurts the most?

Quote:
people who complain they dont have enough cash spend a lot of time complaining they dont have enough cash

With rents taking half their income and prices rising, cash for essentiulas IS short.

Frauds, the lot of them, while central bankers are trying to increase unemployment and median wages are stagnant.

Quote:

It's certainly easy to blame the victims of poverty,  while the economy is set to churn out the world's first $trillionaire within the next decade.

Quote:

And Bezos COULD pay his workers decent wages and working conditions, but he doesn't.

Quote:

1  the hungry never get fed

Wrong again, I'm very comfortable,  and can choose the best fresh food in the supermarket  - unlike many people living in the wreckage of 'first world rust belts' who have seen their  formerly high-paying manufacturing jobs disappear, in a dysfunctional global economy.

Let's see if Trump can actually increase wages and employment at the low end, while he cuts taxes on the wealthy.

Cheers, big ears. You’ve just outlined the big fella’s stance on global trade and relations. Making America great again’s not about constructing some global win-win - that’s for the Marxists, Wilsonians and post-WWII Breton-Woods reformers.

As an alternative, the big fella proposes America for Americans: a world where America stiffs the little guys as hard as possible and lets Russia and Chi-na do what they want. A world where countries compete for trade and military supremacy, inevitably resulting in war.

This is, after all, exactly what happened when the fascists and protectionists got busy in the 1930s. It’s what happened in WWI, after the mercantilists got busy in the 1890s. It happened through the Napoleonic Wars, in the colonies during the age of exploration, and on and on throughout history. Dear Leaders who want to lock free trade up, define the rules and win.

The current post WWII era is the longest period of peace the Western world has ever seen - all due to military alliances, the integration of markets and free trade. Win-win. Russia’s not too happy, of course, but Russia lost its empire, now didn’t it? Its old vassal states wanted to go with Europe, and why not? What’s Vlad going to offer Ukraine that’s any better than integration into the world’s biggest market and strongest military alliance?

It’s a total no brainer, but this is the system Vlad and your DL want to undermine, so I’m curious.

If you genuinely believed what you posted, why do you support your DL? If your values were consistent with your ever-changing arguments, you’d say ah. With the GOP in the grip of a MAGA personality cult, only the Dems can save the world from Vlad, the big fella and their claque of authoritarian despots. You have, at various times acknowledged this yourself, but alas, you always go back.

Ever get the feeling you’ve been farmed?

Cheers, big ears. You’ve just outlined the big fella’s stance on global trade and relations. Making America great again’s not about constructing some global win-win - that’s for the Marxists, Wilsonians and post-WWII Breton-Woods reformers.

As an alternative, the big fella proposes America for Americans: a world where America stiffs the little guys as hard as possible and lets Russia and Chi-na do what they want. A world where countries compete for trade and military supremacy, inevitably resulting in war.

Good post.

But it would be nice if the Dems could recover some of the vision of Franklin Roosevelt (for the UN "to save mankind from the scourge of war") and Keynes (for an 'International Clearing Union' to engender prosperous development in all nations).

NATO should have been disbanded when the USSR ceased to exist.

It would be nice, yes. I'm guessing there'd be votes in it too.

Problem is, the Dems get their campaign funds from the same place as the Republicans and the donors aren't so keen. The big end of town don't like things like the right to housing, health care or even clean drinking water.

But why would NATO disband? Just having an alliance forces members to get along. Look at France and England - not one fight. If Vlad gets spooked, he's free to apply, you know.

Vlad's now his own thing going with BRICS. If the big fella gets in, the US will be free to join too.

How cute, no?

Trump had both houses for 2 years,  but he still couldn't get infrastructure done**. Why not?  Lower taxes on the wealthy resulting in increasing public deficit?

**The association of US engineers says at least $2 trillion needs to be spent to repair US infrastructure.

Why not? Because he went for Obamacare first and spent the rest of that term tweeting about RINOs and Never-Trumpers. Why do you think the GOP lost the House?

The big fella's a wrecking ball alright. He wrecks his own policies.

The RINOs in the GOP were the force of wrecking and division. They were the nobblers inside the tent and they did their damndest.

Their damndest to save Obamacare because your DL, despite all his promises, couldn't replace it.

That, after all, is the very definition of a wrecking ball - one that tears things down without replacing them. How could he possibly do infrastructure? He couldn't build more than 26 miles of border fencing.

Sleepy Joe quietly got on with your DL's unfinished work. Vaccines, jobs, infrastructure. Your DL wrecked the joint, Joe built it back. He made it look easy too.

All that bipartisan legislation your DL avoided, spending an entire year of his term on vacation, when he wasn't on "executive time".

I'd suggest you get busy living, old boy, but we already know.

You're already dead.

Hang on a minute, I'm pretty sure he said he'll release his policy proposal in two weeks.

I have to agree; but both you and Matty are beholden to mainstream economic dogma which cripples both sides of politics.

[Currency-issuing governments don't NEED to tax or borrow in order to spend; the electorate  ought to be able to choose which programs the government funds, without recourse to private money-lenders].

Harris doesn't believe in "trickle down" (unlike Trump), but she will still be beholden to bond-holders who demand the government balance its budget so it can repay those bonds with interest.

SCOTUS today said homelessness is illegal; like true conservatives they didn't say how government can fund the housing required to end homelessness.

Deplorable.
