I hadn't accounted for the corrupt electoral college back then. This time even they won't be enough to help trump

How is it corrupt, thicko?

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Ten Republicans who posed as fake electors for former President Donald Trump in Wisconsin and filed paperwork falsely saying he had won the battleground state have settled a civil lawsuit and admitted their actions were part of an effort to overturn President Joe Biden’s victory, attorneys who filed the case announced Wednesday.

Under the agreement, the fake electors acknowledged that Biden won the state, withdrew their filings and agreed not to serve as presidential electors in 2024 or any other election where Trump is on the ballot.

The 10 fake electors agreed to send a statement to the government offices that received the Electoral College votes saying that their actions were “part of an attempt to improperly overturn the 2020 presidential election results.”

CT Group Managing Director Larry Grossman discusses Bloomberg’s Morning Consult poll, which shows US Vice President Kamala Harris edging one point ahead of former president Donald Trump in the crucial swing states.

“We are seeing the first of the polls since she has gotten out of the gate with a very, very good start, and the initial polling, that Morning Consult poll done by Bloomberg, really has gotten a lot of attention because it shows she has pulled even with Trump and pulled ahead in some places,” Mr Grossman told Sky News host James Marrow.

She will win I reckon. Trump will appeal to his base but outside that I reckon electors are happy to have a young candidate with brains to support instead of Trump.

Right now likely we are seeing democrats returning to the Democrat fold, interesting to see if Repugs will change to Kamala as a way of getting rid of the rapist so the damage he did to the Party can start to be repaired.

Kamala needs to keep talking about abortion law, reproductive health etc—60% minimum of Americans want abortion available especially early in the pregnancy. Gerrymandered Repugs do not have the hearts and minds of the wider electorate.

How is that relevant to Thicko's claim that Trump won in 2016 because of the corruption of the electoral college, creep?

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- After rising to new heights last year, Americans’ support for legal abortion remains elevated in several long-term Gallup trends.

A record-high 69% say abortion should generally be legal in the first three months of pregnancy. The prior high of 67% was recorded last May after the Supreme Court’s Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization draft was leaked, showing that the court planned to nullify constitutional protection for abortion.

And, 1 in 8 voters say abortion is most important to their vote.

It's a key issue - which potentially affects 50% of the population - and Trump doesn't know how to handle it.

Kamala Harris has earned enough votes to win the Democratic presidential nomination, party chair announces

Vice President Kamala Harris has won enough votes from Democratic delegates to win the party’s nomination for president, Democratic National Committee Chair Jaime Harrison announced Friday.

Harris will become the first Black woman and first Asian American to lead a major-party ticket.

The announcement came during a virtual event with supporters Friday. Delegates began casting virtual ballots for the nomination Thursday, a process that will continue until Monday evening.

“I am honored to be the presumptive Democratic nominee for president of the United States,” said Harris, who joined the virtual event. “I will officially accept your nomination next week, once the virtual voting period is closed.”

“Later this month, we will gather in Chicago, united as one party, where we’re going to have an opportunity to celebrate this historic moment together,” the vice president added.

Interesting exchange at "she's a DEI hire".

Trump asks for a definition of DEI, despite the fact the initials define it.

I had a similar problem with Frank who started frothing at the mouth when I defined DEI, using its initials.

DEI - a worthy goal.

Note: the Left do get caught up in racist nonsense, only because the Left want prosperity for all; whereas the Right want prosperity for the most able - aka "freedom".

And neoliberal economists are the reason why race is even an issue, in a zero sum game - ie, the mainstream narrative higher taxes are needed to deliver services needed by the less able.

Meanwhile Trump will be hoping Powell doesn't lower interest rates before Nov....

Deplorable economics of self-interest

That was absolutely hilarious.

It seems that he had no idea what the acronym stood for, and even when it was explained to him he still didn't understand.

I don't think I've ever seen a more ignorant adult that Trump.

He admitted that he didn't know what NATO was until he was 72 years old.
