I see. So you're back to answering questions, are you?

Thanks, Bobby. Here's your DL's National Security Advisor:

“Trump is unfit to be president,” Bolton writes. And though he may not think Trump can foster a dictatorship, Bolton has warned: “If his first four years were bad, a second four will be worse.” Further:

Quote:
In his interview with Le Figaro, Bolton said it was “very likely” that Trump would act on his threat to pull the US out of the Nato military alliance if he were re-elected. In recent months, Trump has repeated his threat not to protect countries who he believes do not pay enough to maintain the security alliance, and he claimed that European members of the alliance “laugh at the stupidity” of the US.

“Trump, when he has an idea, comes back to it again and again, then gets distracted, forgets, but eventually comes back to it and acts on it,” Bolton warned. “That’s why leaving Nato is a real possibility. A lot of people think it’s just a negotiating tool, but I don’t think so.”

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2024/mar/30/john-bolton-donald-trump-dictato...

In all good conscience, can you explain where Bolton's wrong?

That's our first question. We reserve the right to supplementaries.

Trump fired Bolton -
he said that if he followed Bolton's advice we'd be up to WW6 by now.    Roll Eyes

Sorry, Bobby, are you saying Bolton is wrong?

Which bit - his second term would be far worse, or he plans to stay in NATO?

Cheers.

I'm not sure why you'd think they do, dear. Germany and Austria have their own armies. Austrians are even required to do a minimum period of military service.

Why would you suggest the US is paying for their security?

she believes a woman as president will be desperate to prove she is "strong"

say what you want about trump but he had no interest in foreign wars

and , interestingly, neither hamas nor putin did a thing whilst he was in the white house

so , attack bobby all you like but if harris wins, you can expect more american military action, not less

Sorry? Bobby hasn't said. He said he dunno, then ran off when he was asked questions.

Putin occupied eastern Ukraine while Mr Trump was in the White House. Mr Trump met with Putin a number of times, saying or doing nothing to get him out of Ukraine. All of his public statements made supported Putin's occupation.

If your DL is elected prez, he'll have to contend with Ukraine and Gaza. His former National Security Advisor says the last person you'd want in the White House dealing with these wars is Mr Trump. He's bungling, ignorant, inept and a liar, not to be trusted.

That's not us, dear, it's his own senior advisor on security and foreign relations. We're not talking about some vague vibe, his popularity or control of the political narrative. We're talking about actual global security.

We're not talking about the president's gender, their imagined interest in foreign wars or expected military actions, we're talking about the facts, what they've already said, what we already know.

Your DL has advised Netanyahu to avoid a peace deal with Hamas until he comes to power. He's publicly advised Netanyahu to escalate the war and do as much damage as possible to bring Hamas to its knees.

That's not the advice of a peace-maker, dear, it's the advice of a political wrecking ball who wants to see more Gazan deaths to make the Biden administration look bad. You support this strategy yourself. It's your very own Stalingrad Solution, remember?

Bobby's the guy crying tears for Gaza's kids. He said he wants the bombings to stop. He disagrees with your DL.

So I'm not sure why you think Bobby's going to prove correct. Your stances on military tactics could not be further apart.

tulsi gabbard served in the military and was deputy chair of the democratic national congress.

and she says harris is a total hawk

i would tend to think she knows a bit more then you.

trump has said 'america first and stop spending money on silly foreign wars'

hardly a signal of increased war mongering

harris as a party politician is beholden to her donors , of which the military industrial complex is key

trump as a guy who takes orders from no one and basicly is out of control , therefore "cant be controlled"

so your propaganda is duly noted but lacks any nuance

how surprising

Thanks, Aquascoot. Tulsi Gabbard's experience in the Hawaii National Guard has no bearing on your argument here. Can you quote her in full and provide some nuance here, please?

We promise to respond - in good conscience.

not a problem

first, your lie about gabbard not seeing active service

Gabbard  was deployed for a 12-month tour in Iraq, serving as a specialist with the Medical Company, 29th Support Battalion, 29th Infantry Brigade Combat Team.

secondly, here is what she said about harris (and remember gabbard was deputy chair of the DNC quite recently til she was found to have "an opinion of her own"

In her video, Gabbard accused Harris of being the "maidservant of Hillary Clinton, queen of the cabal of warmongers," and warned that the deep state would continue its efforts to "engulf the world in war and take away our liberty" under Harris's leadership. She added, "I'm going to sound the same warning now that I have been for years, going all the way back to 2020, when both Kamala and I were running for president on the Democratic ticket. She is unfit and unqualified to be our president and commander-in-chief and would be incredibly dangerous in that position."

Gabbard expressed deep concern over Harris's potential decision-making regarding military matters, saying, "The prospect of Kamala Harris making decisions about war and peace... is not only terrifying to us, it should be terrifying to every American."

She further alleged that Harris would be controlled by the same elitist cabal that influenced Biden's presidency, leading the country "to the brink of war with multiple countries and closer to nuclear war and Armageddon."

Thanks, Aquascoot. Before we start, have you got a reference?

Cheers.

Do you mean NATO's cost share arrangements for its civil budget, military budget and Security Investment Programme?

That's easy. 15.8813.

It's tied with Germany, which contributes, ah - 15.8813.

Not sure about Austria, dear. They're not on the list:

Tulsi Gabbard is a MAGA through and through....She has lost all credability trying to suck up to Trump in the hope of getting a job....Who would trust such a flake accept for Trump who hires the worst people possible!!!

Quote:
Tulsi Gabbard has shed her old Democratic policy stances. Is it a push to serve with Donald Trump?

Now, the 43-year-old is actively tossing her name into the mix to serve in a future Republican administration, possibly even as a long-shot pick to be Donald Trump's vice-presidential running mate.

Gabbard's pivot began with her sharp criticisms of Democrats. She has since echoed pro-Russia conspiracy theories, expressed skepticism about abortion access and questioned the value of spending money on climate change initiatives. These changes signal her departure from the progressive platform that initially brought her to national prominence.

Tulsi Gabbard:

Tulsi grew up as a republican with republican views.

Tulsi stood in Hawaii as a democrat but supported almost exclusively conservative causes.

Tulsi stood for election as a progressive democrat. After winning the election on progressive support, finances and policies she immediately became a corporate mainstream (profit driven ) Democrat.

Tulsi mainly supported conservative policies.

Tulsi left the democrats supporting Trump MAGA going forward.

Tulsi was progressively a republican, progressive democrat , corporate democrat and then a MAGA republican. Everytime the wind blew in a different direction the chameleon Tulsi has a different colour to display.

You think they aren't backing Trump?

Trump is a convicted felon, a rapist, an insurrectionist, a fraudster who stole money from kids' cancer charities, and a twice-impeached failed President.

Do they ever mention that?

Every time they introduce a story about Trump they should let the public know that he's a criminal and adjudicated rapist, yet they don't.

He is protected by the MSM.

Not here though   Wink

Kamala is a war criminal who provided 14,000  MK84  2,000 pound bombs
to drop ...

How did she do that, Bobby?

Please explain the powers of the VP and which ones she used in order to do what you claim.

She stood there and watched while Joe signed the documents.
She said nothing to try and stop him.

Ah, she didn't sign anything.  I see.

So tell me, how could she stop President Biden and how do you know what was said when he signed the document?

And, what did you do to stop him?

Bobby?

Can you please explain how the VP has the final say over POTUS?

We're all still waiting.
