the general welfare: I'd love to see Trump's efforts to achieve it (but the 'green new deal' is a scam according to Trump; if he's wrong, we are all stuffed).
And 'Indigenous' means pre-colonization cultures; the UN itself is confused re preserving these cultures and their "rights" in the modern world.
