She had a right to refuse service if she felt that the cause of fighting against genocide was justified.

For example, in Gama v Qantas the court found that making racial slurs was an act of racial discrimination under section 9 of the RDA. It was political.

The wearing a yarmulke by the perpetrator of the incitement doesn't change the facts.

Why would a person wear a yarmulke to an Officeworks if their intent was not to cause incitement?

The Officeworks employee was targeted by a cultist, cabalistic mob.

The incident was contrived to cause Australians and non-Jews in general to fear people who wear yarmulkes.
