Could the Officeworks employee victim of the yarmulke incident be prosecuted for what the guy with the yarmulke claims she didn't say.

What about what the yarmulke guy didn't say?

This can't possibly be a he-said-she-said case if it is about what was unsaid.

Do disabled fish wear socks? Can fish be Jewish? Can fish be Pro-Palestinian?

No. The obvious fact of 'yarmulke incident' contrasted with 'non-Jews' that LTYC observed, is sufficient.
'It is unlawful to discriminate against a person because of his or her race, colour, descent, national origin or ethnic origin'.
LTYC is on the line of unlawful abuse which means $ in courts.

The Officeworks incident was a contrived act of incitement to terrorize Australians into fearing people who wear yarmulkes.

The perpetrators are terrorists who selected a victim and then proceeded to commit an act of terrorism.

The next step is that more people will be seen on the streets wearing yarmulkes, some of whom are not even cabalists or death cultists, but opportunists who want to seize some the the benefits the yarmulke incident has created for those who wear yarmulkes.

Whenever they are challenged, these headwear opportunists will point to their headwear and demand the privileges it confers including being able to compel terrorized people into performing services they would otherwise find repugnant, even demanding personal services which shall not be named.
