Who is the owner of the yarmulke guy. Where did his finances come from for the acts of terrorism?

Does the yarmulke guy have associates elsewhere planning similar acts of terrorism?

The Book of Lamentations (Hebrew: אֵיכָה) is a collection of poetic laments for the destruction of Jerusalem in 586 BCE.
