No key policies implemented.
Impeached twice.
Lost the White House after one term.
Lost the Senate.
Lost the House.
Goes down in history as the worst US President ever (or in the bottom three in some lists).
So yeah, his performance in politics matches his performance in business, marriage, fatherhood, and running casinos - a complete & utter failure.
Biden, on the other hand, was a hugely successful politician going down in history as one of the most consequential Presidents ever.
