Where sports are not often available social media have websites that conform to radical cultural narcissism need to feel dominant, have a driving force to express a need to bite as a dog would bite.
Within school, teachers force tasks which students can performed poorly, forced tasks having not been done resulting in little or no teacher punishment, successful task corner cutting can have brain chemical rewards resulting in students frequently testing the teacher authority boundaries, students on finding the boundaries are weak tasks not being enforced, students develop brain chemical rewards on defying authority, defying authority becomes a pursuit of brain chemical reward self-gratification.

I theorise governments want to control citizenry beliefs using lies believed by young children as truthful all through early childhood into old aged adulthood using frequent media news reports that the more politicians and government experts stated myths similar to ‘RBA interest rate increases fights inflation’, that independent opinions like my many arguments get ignored as audiences fear of being incorrect overwhelms the need to understand new knowledge.
