State issue, oh please.  If its men who have to carry dead babies, dangerous non viable pregancy leading to death, or product of incest or rape.  You bet this would be more than a state issue, it would be universal human rights issues enshrined in the constitution.

Yup, a woman’s waters broke before the fetus had developed lungs. It could not survive but this woman still had to carry the dead and decaying fetus in her womb tho it was STONE DEAD!

Zero concern for women, obviously. More about control of women.

With a 60:40 vote in rightwing Kansas obviously the vast majority of Americans believe that women should be able to control their own bodies, their own productive health.

You are joking! Some states that put abortion rights to a referendum have had to pass laws to legalise abortion rights.

The tide is against you. People want the right to terminate a pregnancy. Especially after the many horror stories that have happened due to strict abortion bans.

No, panther would not be joking at all.
american radical extremists believe everything trump says, anything else is a conspiracy or fake.
they totally disbelieve any facts or statistics.
Couple this with paranoia and a lust for gun violence, now you get a picture of many americans

As I said before I will say again.......We shall see what we shall see.....we Americans like our laws & lawmakers close to home, not in DC....easier to alter or recall if we ever change our minds. https://imgur.com/0SEVRrv.gif

Only time will tell.....

That's true, Panther. You do like your lawmakers close to home, no?

So how do you feel about a certain presidential candidate convicted under one state's laws, and curently under arrest facing charges in a second?

That's a question
.

Is your question is not about Abortion & the Power to regulate them at the State level, then your question will go unanswered in this thread....

Hijacking, last I was aware of it, is frowned upon, & not permissible on these forums.

I see. You don't want to say.

No worries. What will you say when the issue of abortion is raised in the federal Congress?

Federal funding for planned parenthood, for example. Or federal laws regulating abortion.

Your DL refuses to say what he"ll do if a bill crosses his desk.

You?

I'd say.....Cut Planned Parenthood to the very bone....or if possible, withdraw all funding for any abortion related services (fetal tissue research....etc....etc)

The United States Supreme Court ruled that only the People through the State's Legislatures had the power to regulate abortion.....Why?......Government (Congress & the Executive) have no Constitutional Powers expressly delegated to them in the US Constitution to regulate Abortion, therefore the Tenth Amendment applies, reserving such powers to the States &/or to the American People.

How ironical that your jeremaid for state's rights, ends with a America icon.

You don't like Americans, you don't trust Americans. You don't want to be ruled by Americans, you only want to be ruled by those closest to you.

Why not reject your state too? If you're rural, you don't want to be ruled by city folk even if they are of your own state. If you're urban, you definitely don't want to be ruled by ill-educated and prejudiced rural folk.

Why not go the whole hog, and reject government other than pappy and his shotgun?

Mentioning Donald Trump's position on Abortion, is not threadjacking.

While we're at that point, perhaps you'd like to propound what Donald Trump's position on abortion actually is.

As far as I can tell, he's strongly against it whenever talking to a sympathetic audience, but quite confused when talking to an interviewer. He has outright refuted the Kansas position; that seems to strike some human nerve in his dead carcass.
