How active is OzPol?

Despite the Ukraine War, Ukraine invading and expanding a foothold inside ruzzia and the election for POTUS in a grw weeks it doesn’t seem like there is all that much activity here? Looking at the last post list seems to support that assumption.

Is there anything we can do to increase activity here?

Might do a search to see how this place is faring.

There has been more than enough news and events in our world for a long time.

There are not enough active forum members.

As for me, I cannot speak intelligently on many issues of Australia and the United States, because I am not familiar with their situation and the context of their politics, customs and culture.

I can open up more topics about Russia here, but it is not clear whether it will be interesting enough for the forum members here.

It is obvious post count is way down on say a year ago. With Gaza, Ukraine invading ruzzia and the US election post count should be way up. People like me don't have full-time jobs. I have been an active member here since 2012. However, I have been neglecting my second job prospects. Guess what I have been doing with my time in the last 4 years?

So YABB is standing still—apparently there are hardly any staff to work on the software anymore.

Unfortunately—the rest of the web is moving forward and at some stage YABB will just stop working when the software running the board software gets upgraded.

Since the search here is pathetic some up to date software would offer many benefits besides just survival.

Really sounds like it is time to move to something better and more modern.

lees made a response in “Environment” and this is my response:

In this way the toilet of a board that was Environment is dragging OzPol down the SEO rankings.

Membership down, post count down OzPol is circling the drainhole. Can it be rescued?

Boot non-performing MRB Mods like the idiot not modding Environment!

Get rid of the sewer it—has only OzPol members as members there so reduces advertising revenue here. It has lost all worth YEARS ago!

Move to new software—and my offers of a $100 or $200 contribution stand. This is now urgent! YABB might fall over any moment!
