Alcaraz is done. He peaked early and won't become the GOAT.

It looks like Djokovic is good for his 25th grand slam.

Please don't thank me. Effusive fawning and obeisance of disciples, mendicants, and foot-kissers embarrass me.

Yes we all thought we were looking at the next Nadal, or Djokovic  or Roger Federer -

but it seems we are not.

https://www.nbcnews.com/news/sports/defending-champion-novak-djokovic-loses-alex...

Defending champion Novak Djokovic was shocked at the U.S.
Open one night after Carlos Alcaraz was,
bowing out in the third round with a 6-4, 6-4, 2-6, 6-4 loss
to 28th-seeded Alexei Popyrin of Australia on Friday night.

The No. 2-seeded Djokovic was trying to become the first player in tennis history with 25 Grand Slam singles titles.
Instead, after knee surgery in June,
he finishes a year without claiming at least one major championship
for the first time since 2017. Before that, it hadn’t happened since 2010.

Next for Djokovic, the Australian Open. He owns that except when he is nobbled by corrupt politicians.

The Joker is tired - he's too old now.

Time to retire and enjoy his wealth.

I mean, jogging 14km a day would make any 25 year old very healthy. I am yet to jog 20km a week. More like 5km a week.
