Trump Jumps 30 Points In The Polls After Telling Kamala Harris To Be Quiet

PHILADELPHIA — Donald Trump appears to have clinched victory in the 2024 presidential race after telling Kamala Harris to be quiet during their debate.

"Jeez, be quiet, lady," Trump said about an hour into the debate.

Kamala Harris looked prideful in the moment, no doubt expecting that it would make Trump look foolish, but audiences across the nation applauded the former president.

"Man, she's so annoying," said Sharon Dill, a New York native and lifelong Democrat. "I can't stand her voice."

He has reportedly jumped 30 points in the polls since the viral moment, with Nate Silver praising him as the once and future god king of America.

At publishing time, Donald Trump jumped another 10 points when he told Kamala Harris to calm down.

Quite a staggeringly misogynistic piece of 'NOT SATIRE' you've provided us with there, fruitbat.

You really are reprehensible on all levels, aren't you.

Mother didn't mention colour, dear boy. Quick question if we may:

Are you a racist?

A simple yes or no will suffice.

Is this still in question?

Frank is a tiki torch waving, white supremacist.

Are we pretending otherwise?

At publishing time, Donald Trump jumped another 10 points when he told Mothra  Harris to calm down.

2024 and there are still dinosaurs like Frank and Trump that are threatened by a woman talking back to them.

And clearly we can see why.

No. Frank earnestly belittles himself.

Were you a man of integrity, you would acknowledge this.

You need to honour your agreement, dear.

It's nearly over -
it's pretty clear that Trump has aced this debate.

If the goal was to show the world that you're a lying sociopath with absolutely no idea how government and diplomacy works, then yes - he aced it.

My prediction is Trump will try his usual tactics and they won't work on Harris.

Check.

Quote:
She'll let him ramble that bring him back to task and point out he didn't answer the question when he hasn't, or even flat out call him on his lies.

That would have been nice, but the moderators did that instead of Harris.

Quote:
She is sharper and smarter than Trump and she will be prepared to humiliate him.  At first, it won't work, but if she can get enough momentum I expect him to crack and even have a meltdown.

That's exactly what happened.

Quote:
Trump will likely make some racial or sexist remarks once she gets him to crack.

Check.

Quote:
I also expect him to talk about Biden a lot, and try to use "weird" against Harris and Walz, since that gets under his and the Republicans skin so much.

He didn't talk about Biden a lot, but when he did he needed reminding, by Harris, that he's running against her, not Biden.

Quote:
There is also the possibility he'll back out at the last minute.

Kudos to him for actually showing up.

Quote:
What I'd like to see is talk of actual policy, their goals, and how either candidate expects to reach those goal.

Harris did that.

Quote:
I don't expect any of that from Trump however.

Check

Quote:
It will be interesting to see what happens.

I'll let their results speak for themselves.

I'm not going into it think either has already one with my mind made up, but that said,

The Debate predictions?

Trump will ace it just like he aces his cognitive tests.

What sort of performance would it take from Trump to change your mind Bobby?

What would he have to do, or Harris to do him, for you to say that he lost?

We never got an answer from Bob, and he confirmed what we already knew, Trump won in his mind, and had won before the debate even started.

That's why he went to such great lengths not to set any goalposts for Trump's performance and then be bound by them.

It was a good debate.  I would have liked to see more talk about policy, more fact checks and less debunked rally style conspiracy rants, but his people need that from him and I don't think he's got the policy platform ready to debate any other way, especially now that he has to lie about not adopting the goals of Project 2025.

I guess he does have a policy platform after all, just not once he can admit to.

Oh, he did NOT like that.

That really got to him.

He looked to be in physical pain when Kamala delivered that wonderful line.

Love it.

Yeah.

The debate went pretty much exactly as I expected, and the response from the Trump faithful is going exactly as I expected.

ABC are the enemy, it was 3 on 1, Trump was flawless and owned Harris etc.

But only those who already support Trump will see it that way.

The undecided voters will be disgusted by his performance and impressed by Harris.

That should be sending chills down the spines of Trump's team.

It will be interesting to see the polling in 7-10 days time if Harris gets a bump out of this and retains it.

But generally, the debates are pointless.  The only people who are about them have already made up their minds.

Case in point,

It is impossible to come away from that thinking Trump aced it.  He made plenty of mistakes and Harris bested him.

But that won't stop his adoring and infatuated fans.

Nothing will stop them.

As I said earlier, he could have chewed the head off a kitten during the debate and his cult members would still vote for him.

"What was a kitten doing in a TV studio anyway?"

"Haitians do it, so why can't Trump?"

"What kitten?"

Yeah, that's why Bidden was defenestrated  after his debate performance by his until-then adoring cheer squad.

Your powers of observation and analysis are like Bbwiyawn's and Smith's,  Ducky's and TGD's.

You keep bringing this up as though you have a point.

Biden stood down for the sake of his party and the country. He put other needs before his own.

This is your usually stupid and lazy, moronically simplistic trope.

Do I believe that Haiti is a hellhole and, say, Singapore isn't? Absolutely.
Do I think it has to do with the people inhabiting those countries, their values and culture? Absolutely.
Do I notice that Haitian are Africans and Singaporeans aren't. Everyone does.
Would Singapore be still a successful island nation if it's population was replaced by Haitians. Of course not. It would turn into a hellhole.

Are there admirable, successful, exemplary persons of African origin. Of course, many.  Is that because of their race or because of their culture and values. Obviously the latter.

Cheesy Cheesy
Why was he shoved out of the way after the debate, even though he said, even after the debate, that he would run?
In favour of a meritless DEI appointee - coloured, female - who had ZERO votes in the previous Democratic primaries and who has been a totally incompetent, laughable airhead of a VP to Bidden.

Because the charade could no longer be kept up. He has been a moth eaten sock puppet for years, shielded by his staff and the sycophantic Big Media.  EVEN an incomepetent, laughable airhead was judged to be preferable to the SITTING PRESIDENT OF THE US.

You can be sure he didn't stand down voluntarily.

Biden himself hinted at this when he commented in his stepping-down speech, "I believe my record as president, my leadership in the world, my vision for America's future, all merited a second term".

The Democrats' mega-donors had him stood down, or they'd pull their funding.
