All we have at the moment is a guy with a gun within 300mtrs of the rapist.

In many states of the US the rapist would be within 300mtrs of a guy with a gun almost 24 hours a day.

Lots of Americans carry guns, in case you haven't noticed.

And they continue to do so thanks to the rapist.

If the prosecution can present evidence before a judge at a hearing that indicates Routh was there to assassinate Trump and not, say, to shoot pigeons or for any other reason, he'll also be charged with attempted assassination.

Indeed.

Has that happened?

Like the time when his son came out as trans and Musk signed out hormone therapy for him to transition.

Then, the richest man in the world with access to more information and experts than any person who has ever lived, publicly claimed he didn't know all the facts about hormone therapy and now blames 'the left' for his son's transitioning.

he is a sociopathic narcissist whose own family has little to do with him.
Some of his family and him have been banned from ever running a charity as they stole for it.
He is a convicted felon, convicted sexual predator, convicted for defamation. He has cheated on his wives multiple times
He incited a riot in which people died. He tried to overthrow an election result.
He lies incessantly, he causes rage around him and has admitted to that.
He is sexist and racist, he mishandled a pandemic so caused many more deaths than necessary.
He stopped more Border Officials to be employed so worsened that situation for his own political benefit.
He repealed a law that helped womens health care.
He enlarged the debt by 30%.
Due to his inflammatory lies he has had over 30 bomb threats made to an innocent town,
I don't care that there have been 2 assassination attempts made on him.
He even lied about that.
