The US Supreme Court came to the just conclusion that Abortion was not sanctioned anywhere in the US Constitution, therefore according to the US Constitution's 10th Amendment, the Law of the Land, if abortion was desired by the people or not it must be decided by the individually State Legislators....& not by Congress......no power to establish or regulate such matters was given to the Federal Government (Congress or Executive - the President) by the Constitution, therefore simply put, the power rests in the States & the People.......PERIOD
