7 Israelis charged with spying for Iran allegedly carried out 600 missions

Seven Jewish Israeli citizens are charged after they were arrested last month on suspicion of spying for Iran for as long as two years, carrying out some 600 at the behest of the Islamic Republic.

The seven are accused of the security offenses of aiding the enemy during wartime, and providing information to the enemy.

The suspects, all residents of Haifa and the north, include a soldier who deserted the military, as well as two unnamed minors aged 16-17.

Prosecutors say Azis Nisanov was recruited by Iran as the head of the spy ring, with his deputy Alexander Sadykov managing the other agents.

The third defendant is an unnamed minor who was the main agent for tasks involving photography and sending images to the Iranian contacts, and the fourth was a second minor who was engaged in photography tasks, sending content, and receiving money from an Iranian agent.

US fighter jets arrive in Middle East as Israel’s response to Iran attack looms

United States Air Force F-16 fighter jets arrived in the Middle East from Germany on Friday, according to US Central Command, as the region braces for a possible Israeli attack on Iran.

The arrival of the F-16s is part of the US’ efforts to bolster its firepower in the region ahead of the potential Israeli strike, which would be in retaliation for an Iranian missile attack on Israel on October 1.

The Pentagon announced in September that it would be sending additional fighter aircraft to the Middle East, reinforcing its air defenses and deploying additional troops ahead of a possible escalation between Israel and Iran.

The aircraft include F-16, F-15E and F-22 fighter aircraft, as well as A-10 attack aircraft and associated personnel, the Pentagon said.

Israel is going after real enemies unlike the "coalition of the willing" which squandered $Trillions on targets that were not involved with 9/11.

It's a pity that all that energy back in the day was wasted on Iraq and Afghanistan without justification.

Having burnt any semblance of public support back then, "The West" is now unwilling to get involved.

We will all pay dearly for failure to act on terrorist states.

Israel targeted a ballistic missile launch site in its strike on Iran on the night of October 26, Sky News Arabia reports.

A source told the channel that Israel is focusing its strikes on missile production facilities, drones, missile launch sites and air defense systems.

According to Israel's Channel 12, the country's Defense Forces have attacked dozens of strategic military sites in Iran, including missile and drone factories, as well as missile launch sites.
