What you apparently have not considered, is that there is no provision under Australian law for EXILE, ie the rendition of anyone without their permission, to a FOREIGN jurisdiction which doesn't want them.

Heard this from my former neighbour who thought Woorabinda was probably a decent these days, by comparison. The police station, and medical centre there are open available 24 hours a day, even if they staff the places a couple people at a time for on-call purposes.
