Truth Telling is a very dangerous proposition for those in those land councils etc.

Let's hear it from the Monkey gallery here about how this is putting Abos down - when it's actually getting at the root of one of the problems - which is that the money is flowing to the honchos and not to those who need and deserve it from royalties etc.

What else do they whinge about - all that crying - why should an Aborigine who chooses to live in a remote area be given a hardened air conditioned house free when millions of others can't put a roof over their heads at all in the cities by rent or purchase??

'Scuse me, kids - but your balance is out of whack - probably got mud in your tyres....  It's about time they all had cyclone proof, air-conditioned free housing in Arnhem Land that they OWN but can't manage ... got all the usual problems ... all the money passes through a few hands... the Silverbacks with luxury hilltop 360 degree view houses and a fleet of fancy cars etc ... and doesn't even touch the sides of those lower down the chain who eat snakes etc ...  Fourth World, innit?...
