All hail “ christo “ or as his fondly called in his electorate “ skilleltor”.
The good people of Qld all ready know his strength is skin deep and his weight problem is something we could all need.
It’s reported he weighs in at 33 kg with backbone removed and no muscle?
The new leader of … Queensland- the Lnp-Davo “ skeleto” Chriso!

Let the corruption begin!

I’d like to give my condolences too “ that other guy “ with the cheesy grin.
I’m sure your mother is disappointed 😢

Still looking on the bright side a big grin opening job opportunities.

What was the result?

Another one-term unless they get their own shorts together... clearly Labor is on the nose, finally - before they give away the whole state to the losers.... but this lot have a lot to prove.

Now - what are this lot going to reverse? It needs to start there - the return to reality - before it infects all the other states in turn.

That's 2-0 so far.

What’s his name, the dude who laughed at a bent twig is trying ring skeletor ( the new premier, davo cristco I only eat vegetables)too concede but his 3 g network doesn’t work anymore.

It’s a landslide too the liberals ( it’s time- to ditch National pretend party)

Greens have been wiped out.

One Nation, no on really cares or know.

Please be careful when people are begging on go fund me.

It’s going too be like living on the gold coast’s for a month or two.

Every loser on every corner has his/ her/ children hands out.

Hundreds of politicians advisors and staffers have just been sacked.

They aren’t ( and majority never have) employed outside family and friends space so they are in shock.

No more six figures salary for doing NOTHING!!

It looks like Giggles' blatant attempts to buy votes didn't pay off for him after all. Grin

Perhaps the Australian population isn't as gullible as I (and Giggles) believed they were? Undecided

Next up... The most boring Premier in Australia, Roger Cook.

Let's see if his Perth Royal Show and Swimming Lessons 'freebies' (as well as more Power Bill Credits) buy him enough votes to win WA's State election next March.

I hope the people of WA are as smart as Queensland and get rid of this incompetent buffoon and his entourage of useless ministers.

Congratulations to the Queensland LNP for winning the election! Sometimes, you need to have a LNP Government just to remind you how awful they are. Every now and then in Victoria, the Liberals get in - stuff everything up in one term - then get thrown out. I guess we will have to see how many actual promised things get done - and who gets plum jobs and positions and official postings. Enjoy your 4 years!

As always, once the 'excitement' of seeing a change of government wears off it will soon become obvious that nothing has changed or will change - at least as far as the 'average' Australian is concerned.

It's been like this for several decades now with both Federal and State politics but the majority of the population never seems to notice it (or probably even cares).

The same 'phenomenon' has been noticed by people in the UK after their recent elections and change of government.

“Politicians and diapers must be changed often, and for the same reason”

- falsely attributed to Mark Twain.

That best sums it all up, in my opinion.
