As I understand it.  In order for say the Chinese to buy or sell any goods to any other country, they would have to trade in US dollars.   The same with Russians.

Used to be but after US weaponised dollar more and more countries turned away from the dollar and euro in international transactions and relied more on China's yuan and Russia ruble.

At the and of WWII the British pound was superceded by the US dollar as the price of support.
The US dollar will similarly superceded. That will be the end of US supremacy, as it was the end of the British one.
