Vice President Kamala Harris drew a crowd of more than 75,000 people in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday to hear her speech at the Ellipse, the site of Donald Trump’s infamous 2021 speech exhorting supporters to “fight like hell” in the moments just before the January 6 Capitol riot.

The Harris event drew about 22,000 more people than the Trump speech, whose crowd was estimated by the House committee investigating the Capitol riot to be only about 53,000 people.

The election was already over when Trump held the rally Greggy references. Of course the crowd would be smaller.

2020 election in Washington Biden 58% Trump 38% or Biden vote was 1.52 x Trump vote.

By crowd size Harris got only 1.41 times the Trump 2021 crowd size.

So Harris has shrunk.
