As far as I can tell ‘ immigrant’ refers to a status in society that can be applied to any race and has no racial origin likewise Pakistan is a country.

Justice Stewart concluded that the post was "anti-Muslim or Islamophobic" and that Senator Hanson's large following empowered others to post similar messages on X, formerly Twitter.

"Senator Hanson has a tendency to make negative, derogatory, discriminating or hateful statements in relation to about or against groups of people relevantly identified as persons of colour, migrants to Australia and Muslims, and to do so because of those characteristics," he told the court.

Senator Hanson has been ordered to delete the tweet within seven days and pay Senator Faruqi's costs for the proceedings.

Text. Use free-flowing abuse such as 'urinate, crap, piss-off, vote Labor'.
Adjectives and Pejoratives. Yeah, go for it.
Authorisation. This is really essential. It should sum up your analysis of the target, reason for the dump and sign off.

For a racist, you really don't know very much about racism.

Racial discrimination occurs when a person is treated less favourably, or not given the same opportunities, as others in a similar situation, because of their race, the country where they were born, their ethnic origin or their skin colour.

(1) It is unlawful for a person to do any act involving a distinction, exclusion, restriction or preference based on race, colour, descent or national or ethnic origin which has the purpose or effect of nullifying or impairing the recognition, enjoyment or exercise, on an equal footing, of any human right or fundamental freedom in the political, economic, social, cultural or any other field of public life.

Race doesn't need to be mentioned in order for something to be racist, just as sex doesn't need to be mentioned in order for something to be sexist.

According to your warped logic, if someone doesn't say "I'm murdering you" before they take someones' life, it's not murder.

You really do have a very twisted view of the world.
