Tried to listen to him on occasion.
Never enjoyed the experience.
Much the same as  ray Hadley.
John laws show can be very boring but best of a bad lot.

It’s always a little strange for me how he (accuse) these crimes and suddenly it’s a pile on?

I don’t know but I feel it’s strange this is all only coming out now.

Why do people wait till there allegations are made public only on his retirement?

I’m certainly nowhere near a fan but..,,,,

He is accused. Not tried. Not convicted.

Let the law - which assumes innocence until PROVEN guilty - work its way.

Do remember, though, the circus around Pell who was ultimately, unanimously, exonerated by the High Court.

And like Pell - Jones has pig pockets to pay the best lawyers -

Pell's legal fees were well over $1 million.   Shocked

Are you saying, Boob, that Pell BOUGHT the High Court?

Are you being mentored by Smiff? Bbwian? Groggy?

Well if the Court adheres to the American style of Deepest Pocket Law, then Pell used the Vatican gold so to speak

The legal system isn't concerned with either justice or innocence it is an adversarial system. The prosecution are in it to win. The police officer and the prosecutors next pay increase their next promotion is related to their success rate. Justice isn't a part of the equation. They get the same promotion or pay increase if the person they lock up is guilty or innocent it doesn't matter. Prosecutors will take a case to trial if they believe they can get a conviction, again innocence is not a factor it is result driven. The system is fatally flawed, the drivers are insane.

But you are still here, not in Pakistan, China or Afghanistan.

all you do is cry about how things are and you're still here Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

allegations about jones have been doing the rounds for decades ... the more pertinent question is, why did police wait until then before they acted on them?

Ah, grasshoppers - but it is still important to seek a better system of dealing with laws.... after all, the common person has little power in such things and words themselves become a law unto themselves .... which then is more important?  The True Rights of the citizen to civilised and decent behaviour on the part of these wielders of words - or their ability to impose on others without conscience?

What is your choice, Grasshopper?  Humanity for all or inhumanity for all?

How is Deuce going up there (Kazaly)?  If ever there was a clear case of catering to the lowest mob at the gates, it is the latest attack on that man by the state legal people up there.   So petrified of bad press and losing a few votes if they say - "This case has nothing going for it", that they will throw anyone to the wolves if there is a chance that an equally biased 'court' will find in favour of their rubbish case.

For the mad mob at the gates, it is far better that ten innocent men hang than that one real criminal go free... as long as their blood lust is satisfied..... and another dopey sheila gets her five minutes of fame about her 'crying issue' ... the greatest Crying Issue for
Australia is the truly vile nature of its court, judiciary and handling of law in courts..... has been that way since 1788.

We get fools here who WAIL about the poor Abo kids etc - yet fail to see what Dnarever says so clearly about the court process..... injustice is evenly distributed in this land and is part of the Feudal and now Neo-Feudal nature of its governance - but .... a serial serious offender child is not suffering injustice, whereas a man accused forty nine days after a root and after the dopey sheila worked out he was The Famous Deuce and thus ripe for the smacking most certainly is.

Vile usage in the 'courts' - for you whiners about Aboriginal Incarceration - why then do you scorn my repeated for years suggestion that a Royal Commission is needed into judiciary and into jurisprudence here?  Well - because you don't give one brass razoo about anyone but your Falcon Pets.... idiots.

As the doctor said to the nurse who dropped you newborn on your head - I see you just cannot grasp the issue....

The answer is simple.

Those with political persuasion and friends in high places are protected.

It all comes down to money.  You KNOW that after death countless politicians' personal secrets are aired - but not during their lifetime because their money speaks too loudly and drowns out all others.

For the likes of Jones - with a hefty following of haters out there in The Unenlightened Land due to his shock jock views - the lure of his money is too great and must be gained while he is still alive.

That's another issue that has cast suspicion on many... not least judges... who we all know to be extremely malleable to pressure

There are rooms of hidden files
Full of photographs most vile
Filled to overflowing to the roof
And they're ready to be used
Gross distoreted and abused
To ensure that no-one ever knows the truth ....

Jones was arrested in a UK toilet in 1988.

In short:

Veteran broadcaster Alan Jones has been charged with an additional eight offences of indecent assault as he faced court for the first time.

In total, he has been charged with 34 counts of alleged indecent assault
and sexual touching offences involving ten complainants.

What's next?
Mr Jones was excused from attending his next court appearance in March.

Alan Jones's lawyer has told a Sydney court the veteran broadcaster will plead not guilty to a total of 34 charges relating to alleged indecent assault and sexual touching incidents spanning two decades.

The charges include 11 counts of aggravated indecent assault, 19 counts of assault with act of indecency, two counts of sexually touching another person without consent and two counts of common assault.

The offences relate to 10 complainants.

Last month the 83-year-old was charged by the Child Abuse Squad with a total of 26 offences against nine victims.
