There have been stories for decades on this one.

There was one Rugby Half Back who stopped getting selected for Australia when he was caught giving the coach a BJ in the car park.

When he Left an ARL club one of the players known to be impressive in the dressing sheds moved in with the x coach. It was about what he could exchange for access to drugs.

Bernard seemed a nice man, he was a neighbour for a few years, Bernards friends didn't seem particularly young.

Met both of them actually, Alan is very intelligent but that has nothing to do with his apatite.

Came across Alan in both a sport context and later Media.

You need to ask questions about the Wood royal commission.

They spent the first third looking for police corruption and found a senior officer who was accused by a known corrupt officer of having an envelope put in his draw with no way to know if it were true. The found a few other officers all appointed under the previous administration. Also a cop who was a bodybuilder with personal drug problems.(committed suicide). At that point they ran out of steam and spent a third of their time looking into unrelated pedeophilia - well worth investigating but it had nothing to do with this royal commission at all. They were simply marking time finding a way to not investigate the police. They spent 3 months chasing Dolly Dunn around Asia. They finish their investigation off with some almost meaningless work on several nothing police sections where they protected some who didn't deserve it and prosecuted others who had seemed to rort stuff like overtime, which wasn't really true. Basically they got some small fish and some guys who were likely innocent.

What were they doing with pedeophiles in this, it never had anything to do with what they were meant to be doing?

What were they hiding what were they covering up what police activity was it that they were not investigating?
