Well you are a despicable lying and dishonest weirdo, so of course you would say something stupid like that.

The FACT remains, however, despite your disgusting snarling, that accusation is not the same as conviction. And until conviction, the accused is assumed to be innocent. That is an age old English common law tradition.
Totally unrespected, unrecognised by snarling  Yugoslav shhhits like you, needless to point out.

So, once convicted on 34 charges an accused is no longer innocent, yeah?

He is accused. Not tried. Not convicted.

Let the law - which assumes innocence until PROVEN guilty - work its way.

Do remember, though, the circus around Pell who was ultimately, unanimously, exonerated by the High Court.

And like Pell - Jones has pig pockets to pay the best lawyers -

Pell's legal fees were well over $1 million.   Shocked

Are you saying, Boob, that Pell BOUGHT the High Court?

Are you being mentored by Smiff? Bbwian? Groggy?

Stupid, Bbwianesque.

Yes, lawyers are expensive.
That does not mean that justice is bought.

Don't peddle like you are a groggy or Bbwian.

If you think the legal system is hopelessly corrupt, say so. Hinting like eyerolling Bbwian or Meister Icky is not an honourable, honest stance.

Justice is bought - if Pell had been like most other people -
he'd still be rotting in jail -
that's if he wasn't killed from a medical operation as he was in Italy.

The point is that innocent poor people cannot afford the same justice as wealthy guilty people.

Nor guilty poor people.
Nevertheless, the law does operate as impartially as it is possible to be.

The legal system isn't concerned with either justice or innocence it is an adversarial system. The prosecution are in it to win. The police officer and the prosecutors next pay increase their next promotion is related to their success rate. Justice isn't a part of the equation. They get the same promotion or pay increase if the person they lock up is guilty or innocent it doesn't matter. Prosecutors will take a case to trial if they believe they can get a conviction, again innocence is not a factor it is result driven. The system is fatally flawed, the drivers are insane.

But you are still here, not in Pakistan, China or Afghanistan.
