now you could try and market green vegetable juice and it would be better for the animalistic masses then coke ,  but you'd go broke

trump in about 2015 saw a growing appetite for "stopping the excesses of leftie nonsense"
he saw disaffected customers being ignored in the flyover states
he saw people who really hated washington
he saw people who hated the mainstream media

he saw "untapped market potential'

thats not bullshit

thats knowing the market
thats understanding your customer

is it trumps fault these customers existed?


i say no

that is the definition of the game of politics

give the customer what he wants

they are driven by fear and outrage and anger and the other emotions they are addicted to

you cant reach them with an aspirational message

to me
winning is about many things after money
the guy with money might own a dozen houses
he goes away on holiday and his tenants call because the roof is leaking and he spends his holiday emailing repairmen
i see it happen
the possessions "own' them

i like very simple things and could never spend what i earn


so i consider myself winning in life because my businesses and my families businesses provide real quality services to people  amd people just literally give you cash and its embarrassing how much the law of attraction and the halo effect work for you when you arent a needy little taker


now in the field of politics
winning is about selling what the masses want to buy
it is a popularity contest
this is surely definitional
so i like my politicians to play the game they signed up to play
win the popularity contest
and trump is the GOAT so i admire the way he plays the game the way i admire the way jordan plays basketball or Brady plays NFL .
politics is nothing more then a game in my eyes
about as important as basketball or the NFL

people will have rich meaningful lives based on the ammount of "personal resonsibility" and "agency" they are willing to take for themselves

the idea that the quality and trajectory of your life is somehow the responsibility of a politician is a poisonous concept to me
and anyone who wants a father or mother figure to solve their problems for them is beneath contempt.
if you want to remain a perpetual infant and have a daddy figure to guide you, you are truly lost

its is very freudian, very dom/sub. very oedipal

we saw it with covid

do you know what i thought when i saw how the population submitted to the authority figures over a runny nose?

i thought they were the ultimate subs

"govern me harder daddy, govern me harder"

thats how i pictured most of the population

no wonder its so easy to dominate them when they are eternal infants
