Even the cartels are slutted, as their stuff, cocaine, is a major production and supply operation by comparison.

Plenty of Central Americans, who will still cross illegally to maintain a slave-labour force in the US while Chinese, Africans and Asians (who usually apply for a visa to enter Mexico) will be prevented from entering the country or approaching the US southern border where they do not have a valid reason to be there and a ticket back.
