274 would be the follow on target.

Dunno - the Aussie bowlers could be too tired to bowl again.   Undecided

Don't think they would enforce the follow on. Lyon at the end could be the diff.

Who plays cricket on the basis that being physically accosted, assaulted is part of the game?  You?  Ever?  The Game has its limits, not the players.  It's not up to them, and if it was, I suspect Kohli would come a distant last.  His was a craven cheap shot.

Physically assaulted, sport is not for you. If you have a gander players make the rules. Nothing is done without the players. Most of the match rules and regulations are all controlled by the players. I don't see one player who is even bothered by what Kholi did. If the Australian players wanted to they could have made a huge fuss but they didn't even see what the problem was. Kholi was only fined to appease the sensitive folk who think cricket is played by gentlemen and even they don't know what that means.

Cricket is a non contact sport.   Players play, the MCC makes the Rules.  Plain fact.

MCC make the laws, each country playing decide on the rules before each series. Players, players association, governing boards and umpires agree on a set of rules before the series. MCC laws could say no physical contact and the rules say if you do then you get a 20% fine or other penalties.

There is no such Rule.  There is now that Kohli precedent which will be taken advantage of if cricketers are smart enough.

India  7 for 332.

This could end up as a draw - we can't bowl them out.   Shocked

The MCG has got to be the dullest cricket pitch for over a decade now.
You can hear when the ball hits the pitch that it makes a 'poof' sound. Must be from all that GayFL.
In Sydney, the pitch makes a 'grunt' sound due to the N.Redneck.League played there.

Australia can be thankful it has a great pitch and ground in Adelaide. Considered by many nations as the best pitch/ground in Australia for Cricket. Near perfect providing variation for both batters and bowlers.

It's now pissing down with rain.

The stumps are withdrawn - no more play today.

2 more days to go - looks like a draw.   Cry
