Let the parents control access. They buy the phone. Set up multiple accounts. One for the parent, one for the kid the phone is for. The kid's profile can have any access the parent allows.

The solution is quite simple we don't need to ban kids from social media parents can do it.

The government needs to push this social media ban to impose digital ID so we can be like the UK who jail people for FB posts.
