White Collar/Black Collar crime when in a position of service - should be severely punished..... such crimes aren't necessarily directly manifest in bruises, broken arms, deaths from violence and so forth - but they are a major component of all of those things, given that the necessary funding does not 'trickle down' to those in most need.

Where one goes - more will follow - and not soon enough.

Now then - how to go about handling all that royalty and handout cash without these kinds of leeches - the Silverbacks, getting their mitts on it first? Paid out directly to each individual recipient in bank account? Handed out on application for some true benefit by a government body or something? OOoooooOOOOH - money withheld!!!

Then you have to watch out for the 'company store' run by the Silverbacks and family etc... and their control over resources such as drugs and booze etc... and the standover by which a person can be persuaded to part with their cash .... the entire 'culture' needs to be fully reviewed and addressed...

An old mate of mine used to be known as one of the toughest guys in Moree... he spent a lot of time in prison and died there of a heart attack... at 42. He was a king-pin - a Godfather - in the drugs trades there... decent enough bloke one-on-one, but when business called ...

Sure makes The Park (not to be confused with MI5) look good, doesn't it?

It's long past time all this rubbish was put to bed once and for all.... you're either in and playing by the rules or you're off the team for good... exiled.
