It is not a matter of "should". I just want to moderate a forum for the first time in being part of discussion forums for the last 20+ years. Give me a month to have a go. If I don't do my task, the admin can have someone else moderate.

No actually …if it was by one vote… then Graps vote taken away would leave Rocky with 10 and put Graps vote back to him would give him 11…. So yeah….
