I'd say Panther will be toosh-as, JS. He'll be ropable.

Imagine going over the heads of the people's representatives to install a cabal of unchecked DEEP STATE operatives. Only the leftards would conceive of such a sinister plot, it's unthinkable.

Never ever, JS. Not on Panther's watch. He'd never support an candidate indicted on a felony/felonies. He'd never ever support a cabinet unchecked by his beloved people's representatives.

DEEP STATE !!!

So Trump is avoiding the checks and balances on his picks and you're applauding that?

It’s genuinely staggering that, even now, you fail to grasp that Trump embodies the very essence of the "deep state" you so obsessively rail against. In fact, he outdoes even the twisted caricature you’ve conjured up as the all-purpose boogeyman to excuse his endless string of failures.

You are unmoored, off in the wind again. Sad.

The problem is that you can't prove me wrong, so your claims are worthless, as usual.

You are emoting about your hatred. You are talking about perceptions, interpretations, evaluations from an uncontrolled, hateful perspective.

But nobody can 'avoid the real checks and balances'.

In fact they are constantly trying to trip up Trump, at every turn, with 'checks and balances'. How many cases of Lawfare, impeachment, legal challenges, congressional, judicial and regulatory obstacles and impeachment have they put before him?

Where were the similar checks and balances when Biden's mental incapacity was clear to everyone, years ago? What happened to the checks and balances around the the laptop, the Russia dossier, the 50+ intelligence heads lying openly? The smears mascarading as checks and balances around Trump's Supreme Court nominees? And so on, and on, a litany.

And watch when all the cover-up over the last 4 years gets looked into by the 'checks and balances' people. With a delightful Freudian flash the Dems, pretending to be innocent and morally impecable, are already calling it 'revenge'. And if it does happen, that is what it's going to be. And nobody will deserve it more than the Swamp.

Checks and balances, is it?

The laptop - withheld by Tucker

The dossier - leaked by John McCain

The 50 + intelligence officials - SO UNFAIR !!!

But I'm curious. Where were your checks and balances when 12,000 top secret records were found in Melania's panty drawers?

If we recall correctly, you had a right old hissy. How very dare they!

Come come, dear boy, the jig's up. You have no interest in checks and balances, you know that. You act all butthurt and aggrieved, but you support an openly criminal regime with no recourse at all.

How does it feeeeel?

You are lying again, grimacing paki ijit. Lying effortlessly, as is your reflex habit.

I see. So why won't your DL release their FBI checks to the people's representatives?

I don't follow you there.

In any case - Trump is the people's representative.

DL's the executive. The people's representatives are those elected to the Congress and the Senate.

Haven't you been reading Panther's posts? The US is a Republic, dear. They have a Constitution. The whole point of having a Congress and Senate is to have a check on executive power.

So, we ask you again. Why won't the people's representatives be given the FBI background checks on the cabinet members they're elected to endorse?

I didn't know that.

I don't think anyone cares.   Undecided

Oh, we know you care, Bobby. When Obama appointed Killary Secretary of State, you wanted a thorough investigation.

She was the wife of Bill, the old dog, Clinton, remember? An impeached prez. You'd never support that, oh no, never ever. The woman was thoroughly CORRUPT.

Now we have your DL, twice impeached, four indictments, 34 convicted felonies and 12,000 stolen government records in Melania's panty drawers. He's opposing the release of background checks into his entire cabinet.

So, I'm curious. Why would he do that?

And why would you support it?

Attorneys general from 20 states are urging the U.S. Senate to quickly confirm President-elect Donald Trump’s nominees for Attorney General, secretary of Homeland Security, and FBI director.

Attorney General Liz Murrill (R-LA) led 19 peers from around the country in a letter, obtained by Breitbart News, supporting Gov. Kristi Noem (R-SD), the DHS secretary nominee; Pam Bondi, Trump’s nominee for attorney general; and Kash Patel, who Trump tapped to lead the FBI.

Quote:
For four years, the Biden Administration has put Americans in danger. President Biden and Secretary Mayorkas’s reckless, open border policies have allowed millions of illegal immigrants to enter the country unchecked, unvetted, and unmonitored,” the attorneys general write, pointing to Laken Riley’s murderer and “suspected ISIS terrorists” as examples.

“The national security risks of a porous, unguarded border are obvious and alarming. Governor Noem is the person America needs to help President Trump restore security at the border,” the letter goes on to add.

Quote:
The Department of Justice and FBI are also in desperate need of reform. Violent crime has plagued American cities under President Biden. FBI crime statistics—which the FBI had to correct after falsely claiming there had been a decrease in violent crime—show a nearly five-percent increase in violent crime in 2022… This deterioration in the safety of American communities is not surprising. Instead focusing on getting violent criminals off the streets, President Biden’s DOJ and FBI have targeted concerned parents attending school board meetings as though they were violent extremists; labelled conservative Catholics as domestic terrorists; and attempted to weaponize the justice system against political opponents, including President Trump. General Bondi and Mr. Patel are who we need to get DOJ and the FBI back on track and focused on protecting Americans.

Where would you like to see the nuclear secrets secured, dear chap?

In his secured Kennards storage unit, in the pool room, the ballroom stage or the big fella's loo?

You know, the one with the classy chandelier and the gold plated toilet paper holder.

No, you're right, that won't do. We'll stick to Melania's panty drawers, shall we?

Bobby has photos of the transvestite FBI officers who did the raid.

You want to dismiss it as hatred, I can understand that, but my position is based of the actions Trump either has done, or said he wants to do.

Trump has announced his intention to reissue Schedule F "on day one" of his next administration.

If you don't know what that means, I suggest you look it up.

More bullshit from Frank   Roll Eyes

The Department of Justice (DOJ) this week released the final nationwide crime statistics under the Biden administration as the president prepares to leave office.

Following an uptick in violent crime in 2021 during the pandemic, it began to trend down significantly in 2023, "including double-digit drops in homicide rates across many major cities," according to the DOJ.

In 2024, violent crime continued to go down, according to preliminary DOJ data from 85 major cities.

That included a 17.5% decrease in murder rates. There was also a 7.1% decrease in rape, 3.6% decrease in aggravated assault and 7.8% decline in robbery over the first three quarters of the year.

Between 2021 and 2022, violent crime decreased by 1.7%, which became a 3% decrease between 2022 and 2023, and through the second quarter of 2023 to 2024 it went down by 10.3%.

In the same time spans, the murder rate went down by 6.1% starting from 2021 to 2022, by 11.6% in 2023 and finally by 22.7% in 2024.

I know, Greggery, but maybe Frank's referring to the unreported migrant crime rate.

You know, all those illegals raping and murdering everybody, it happens all the time.

Elon's mother, for example, lives in New York, yes? She knows someone who was abused on the street once, it was terrible. She tried reporting it to police, but they wouldn't do anything. What can you do?

This sort of thing must be happening all the time. You can understand why people take matters into their own hands. Unless you're tinted, the police don't care.

I blame Sleepy Joe. The damage he's done to America is unimaginable.

Well, you can imagine.

Good thing Elon has the memes ready to go, no?

As soon as DL gets in, crime will be back to normal, you'll see.

LAWFARE !!!

However, data informing the FBI’s figures is supplied voluntarily by law enforcement agencies across the US, and do not include major metropolitan areas including Los Angeles and New York, where crime is historically high. The LAPD and NYPD are the two largest police forces in the nation, but they are not included in the FBI data, which could have changed the data if it had been included.

Thanks for pointing that out, Leroy. Then you'll be pleased to know:

Los Angeles is witnessing a noteworthy decline in violent crime in 2024, with homicides plummeting by 24% from 269 in the previous year to 2023 and a comforting reduction in rapes and robberies by 17% and 12% respectively. This trend paints a cautiously optimistic picture of the city’s battle against violence.

As of 2022, New York City has a murder rate of 6.3 per 100,000. This makes the Big Apple one of the safer large cities in the country. Overall, crime rates continue to go down in New York City. New data released in late 2023 shows an overall decrease in crime — a drop of 4.1% compared to the prior year.

But of course. LA and New York have experienced significant gentrification and rise in living standards. They're the poshest cities in the country.

There is, however, a rise in other kinds of crime:

Quote:
The new police data does show an increase in hate crimes over the same time period. Targeted groups, which include Black, Jewish, immigrant, Muslim, and LGBT residents, saw an increase in hate crime incidents of 33%.

It seems that you and Tulsi Gabbard have something in common - neither of you know the difference between the FBI and the DOJ.

Los Angeles is there, old boy.

Its cool you did not know.

FBI says crime has plummeted to start 2024 - but is missing a big part of the data

The new police data does show an increase in hate crimes over the same time period. Targeted groups, which include Black, Jewish, immigrant, Muslim, and LGBT residents, saw an increase in hate crime incidents of 33%.

That's a question. What does the data show about the 2020 election, when violent crime was through the roof?

Oh, I remember now. You won't say.
